As useless as ever
I have been sent two parcels by the same supplier and only one was delivered, the driver didn't even bother to ring the doorbell and just left it outside.
Now they've realised they forgot the other parcel they are pretending there's a problem with the address (that they just delivered to) so that they can pretend it's not their fault.
