Non Delivery
I ordered and paid for furniture online on July 21 2024. Shipping by XPO was confirmed on 22. Now Aug 12 and despite many calls and XPO admitting delivery long overdue there is still no furniture. JYSK customer services tell me on a daily basis they email the carriers and that is all they can do AND that my only route for complaint is through them and they make no apologies only a statement that they have done what they can in a less than apologetic manner. I just have to wait for the call. When I pursued it further, a refund was offered but as furniture is part of a range then I much prefer the furniture. However, I realise that I am not getting anywhere and will now go done the long route if refund.
