I ordered a pair of mole slippers on 23/07/2024 to replace the pair that had worn out ofter a few years use. I like to use them round the house. They are lovely shoes and very comfortable.
I asked for them to be delivered to my local store. The delivery address created was a mix of my address and the store address. Perhaps that is why Evri delivered to my home and left them in my wheelie bin on 25/07/2024.
Your systems should create a clearer delivery address. I am not impressed by Evri's delivery efforts. They have let me down with orders from other companies.
