unfair
Spacetronic is a bad service in my opinion. I had an LG machine six months ago which had a problem. I contacted them as instructed by LG. They sent me a person to check the issue. He spent less than 10 minutes. Then they sent me an offer to fix it.
The offer was more than the cost of a new machine (6400 KR). For sure, I said no and threw away my 4-years old machine.
2 days later, they sent me an invoice for the "proposal and the visit" for 1450 KR. To be honest, they have that mentioned somewhere on their website but nobody would tell you anything when you request a service by phone. Communicating with their customer service did not help in solving my problem. I lost my 4-year-old machine and paid them 1450 KR for nothing (at least in my opinion). In my opinion, this cost was unfair.
In my opinion, if the company wants to have such a cost anyway (usually quotations are free), the company should at least inform the customer very clearly when requesting the service that this is going to happen.
