No communication from them on product returned weeks ago. I have sent several emails and tried to call. I have given up and will not be shopping at bathshack again. No refund either.
Why do companies wait until they have a negative review on trustpilot to deal with issues or give refunds?They then expect you to change your review. Very manipulative.
