We purchased a frother in Feb '25, but it quit working a few months later. I called and she sent me a new one as well as a gift! Thank you so much!!

Product works great. and the vacuum on bottom was not working sent replacement with no issues.

Bought a ZRWD cheese grater from Amazon. I ordered replacement blades from you, but they were too small. Looked like a perfect fit. They were good value about $10 for 4. Do you know if you have specific blades for this model, if you do please let me know.

I recently had a problem with my Zulay milk frother and their customer service sent me a new one immediately. If all American companies treated their customers as good as Zulay we wouldn't need to put tariffs on other countries because everyone would buy US goods.

This customer service was the best I've ever experienced. Our frother stopped working and they gave me a quick trick to try, but still nothing. They replaced it without any hassle and even sent an extra along just in case. That's pretty incredible! I was so impressed by the experience and how kind they were.

I was sent 2 of the same frother, one should have come with the stand like was stated in the order form….I’ll just order one from Amazon.

My frother worked great for about a month, and then the button started working erratically or not at all. Even with fresh batteries. I sent an email and they were very responsive and sent me a new unit! It's working great!

I would go zero stars but you don’t give that option spent $800 on a coffee pot had nothing but problems with it. Your team refused to step up and repair will never buy a product from your company again.

I lost a part to my coffee maker and the Zulay team helped and shipped me a new piece so quickly! They were great at resolving my issue!
