I received the package earlier i like it it's great machine

Through no fault of your company our cacao beans are stuck in Canada Post. We asked for a quote to ship one more bag (obviously NOT with Canada Post) on Monday. So far we have heart nothing.

There was a miscommunication about the duties on my items ordered but this was quickly rectified and I received a refund. Shilling was quick and customer service was prompt.

Love the flour. Arrived in a short period of time.

I never received my package the first time I ordered, but I understand that was Fedex's problem. My order was sent again BUT it wasn't complete, one of the items was missing. I reached out to them about the missing item and I was told they will look into it and I never heard back so I re ordered the missing item so I paid for it twice. And after waiting more than a month for a package that never arrived, they did re send my order with a different carrier, it was flour, flour that I waited for for more than a month turned out to be so bad! It smelled of chemicals when mixed into a dough and the color of the dough changed, yellow paint-like spots appear, which eventually dissolved but who knows what kind of chemicals were added to the flour to have that reaction. I am still waiting for the missing item, which I paid for twice because it was missing from my order and they never said they will replace it, so hopefully I receive it. I don't think I will be ordering from them again.

La compagnie nous a offert un rabais de 20% alors merci pour l'effort, mais quand on commande on devrait nous aviser de la date d'expiration du produit.

Delighted to find T 65 flour available at a reasonable price in Canada. It has been one of my goals to try making baguette with the proper French flour to compare it to the limited choices (Rogers and Robin Hood) here in Canada.

Only problem was the website showed two 10 kg bags and one 5 kg and what showed up was a 25 kg bag - a little harder to handle. Many people would find a bag that heavy too much to handle.

Working with the flour has been interesting. I am getting a dough that looks more like the ones I see on videos - smoother and more elastic. Still learning how to use it and trying different techniques.
