Don’t believe the shipping timelines
Your website states orders ship next day if placed Monday to Thursday, with an estimated delivery date of 2 to 5 business days.
I ordered products that were in stock on January 16 at 2:38 pm (a Thursday). The order did not ship until January 22. I received the order January 27 (7 business days for delivery). However, I did receive the items I ordered.
