I should have checked Trustpilot before ordering.
I ordered two retro Hippie stye quilted VW bus shoulder carry bags.
I kept my eye on the tracking and finally on Aug, 23rd it showed package 'out for delivery'. I didn't receive it that day, nor the next, nor the day after that. Finally on the morning of Aug. 27th, the tracking status showed 'Delivered' the night before at 8:10 PM.
I checked both my doors and no package was outside either one of them. I checked my outdoor security camera footage and saw no one delivering anything.
I wrote to them and explained the package hadn't been received. I waited 2 days for a response and when I hadn't gotten one, I wrote them again but still haven't heard from them.
I believe this is a scam storefront! I'm out $27.

Exactly what I read has happened to me. Ordering 8/2. Never received package - Sent 6 emails for status check. “Tracking” is useless. First two emails were replied to and said wait….25 days. I waiting 27 and still no package. Last “tracking check” said delivered and yet, it WAS NOT RECEIVED. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Never got an email or any details confirming my order. I gave concluded this is a scam and have lost. $24. I feel foolish, if it's sounds to good to be true, it usually is, but I really wanted it to be real.

Long time transit, tracking says it was delivered. Not delivered! I call scam!

Big scam scam scam if the price is too good obviously it’s a scam you pay for items and you do not get them. Someone behind here is robbing from people do your homework don’t buy from them.

I have not received my order after almost 5 weeks. I’ve sent 3 emails.

Non delivery.
Placed an order and it claims it was delivered but I have received nothing. No shipping details sent so cannot track the shipping. Sent nothing.
The tracking they sent on an order confirmation claim it has been delivered but nothing has arrived.

claims my 2 orders were delivered. NOT TRUE. PERSONAL Opinion is. Zoyabliss is a scam.

I ordered last 7/18/2026 and it was “delivered” according to 17track.net 8/15. But nothing arrived. Nothing was shown on CCTV that a car or a courier, came with a package on, before or even after 8/15. I emailed 3x asking where is and what happened to my order- got no reply.

I never recieved my orders no wonder it's too cheap, it's a scam site

IT'S A SCAM WEBSITE PEOPLE!! The extra low prices is your red flag, followed by many more. These fly by night website are almost ALWAYS coming from China! They have nothing to lose. They get your money, send you nothing. They never get in any trouble because the law there doesn't care if they steal from Americans or anyone else, so they never get arrested and they live like kings because they stole all of your money! One order from you could net them more money than working there for an entire year? ALWAYS do your homework!

Ok, I ordered the 1st part of July, now it’s 1st of August. Not received, yet….but, but, but, I have received a Tracking No. and have gone to Track17(all 1 word). Now, I don’t need any of my goods until Thanksgiving/Christmas. I have a friend who has worked in drop-shipping from China. Her goods for sale here (US) can take 4-6 weeks clearing Customs in the US; China gets them out usually within 5-7 days and then they sit in US Customs up to 60 days sometimes. I imagine with all the ICE rhetoric going on it could take even longer! I know when I was on buying trip to Hong Kong, when the British were in control, our shipped goods took 5 weeks. But, we had planned on it taking that length of time…. SO…. Beware of the timing is what I can say. If you need something in 2 weeks, or sooner, it’s not happening.

Now, when I get my goods & they are from a brand new company, Zoyabliss - who knows if I will - I’ll let Trustpilot know about design, fit, quality, etc, reviews are important, I believe.

Gave Zoyabliss 2 stars, only because they have sent me 2 e-mails with Tracking Number & Order Confirmation…we shall see…
