I came across Zousz recently and…

I came across Zousz recently and decided to give them a try, and I’m glad I did. The ordering process was straightforward and delivery was quicker than expected.

The product quality is genuinely good – everything matched the description and feels well made. You can tell it’s not just cheap, rushed stock.

What stood out most was the customer service. I had a quick question before ordering and got a clear, helpful response without waiting ages. Overall, really positive experience and I’d definitely use Zousz again.

Lovely oud products for men

Lovely oud products for men. Been using for years, black oud is my favourite, nice woody long lasting scent which is a definite compliment getter. Makes a great gift and highly recommend

The product is very nice

The product is very nice - if and when you ever receive it! I requested and paid for next day delivery to be told it would take another 3 weeks to deliver. This is the second time this has happened.
When it was advertised on Amazon, it was delivered the next day. Not anymore.
I wish I'd gone elsewhere.

You’re absolutely right — if next day delivery is selected and paid for, that is exactly what should happen. In your case, it didn’t, and that’s on us.

Your order was refunded in full, and we also refunded the delivery charge. The delay was caused by stock availability issues during a supplier transition, but that should never have conflicted with a next-day delivery option being available at checkout. We have since corrected this to prevent it happening again.

We completely understand your frustration, especially as this was not the first time you experienced a delay. That’s not the standard we aim to operate at.

We genuinely appreciate that you rate the product highly, and we’re sorry the service didn’t match it. If you ever decide to give us another chance — whether direct or via Amazon — we will make sure the experience reflects the quality of the product.

Great experience from start to end

Great experience from start to end. I ordered something without knowing there was a pre ordered item on it. Once I got in touch with them they dispatched my available items the same day which I got next day delivery on. Cannot fault them at all.

No delivery for over two months

Second time ordering, first time was a few years ago. You’re absolutely right — waiting over two months for delivery is not acceptable, and we take full responsibility for that. Regardless of what was happening behind the scenes, you should never have had to chase us.

As discussed directly, we have processed a 50% refund and are shipping your full order along with complimentary products as a gesture of goodwill. That doesn’t undo the frustration caused, but it is our way of making this right.

We have recently restructured our supply chain and logistics partners to prevent delays like this from happening again. The disruption impacted a small number of customers, but that doesn’t make it any less important.

We genuinely appreciate you giving us another chance after your first order years ago, and we’re sorry we didn’t meet the standard you previously experienced.
