Took ages to arrive (from CHINA!) and quality no good, just not like the photos! Not even going to bother trying to get a refund as have to ship back to china at my cost, what was I thinking buying from an Instagram ad?!

would give 0 stars if possible, awful customer service (been 4 months and still no reply to my email), took over a month to arrive, shocking clothing quality and sizing

I ordered from this ‘company’ on the 19/4/24 and after what seemed forever chasing them and their generic responses same replies, awful tracking service, I’m sure they must send their stuff from the moon the amount of time it took to arrive

Then lol and behold it turns up a full whole month later, fitted like a sack, it was awfully made, cheap, flimsy, absolutely not worth the £30 I paid

Avoid this company at all costs. Others are so much better than this

I’ve been trying to return an item for more then 5 months even tho they say they will give 100% refund they will. I’ve been going back and forth regarding a return for 5 month don’t waste your money on this company. Their clothing aren’t even good material waste of money!

If i could give this company 0 stars i would, do not order from them. I have experienced the same problems as others below in that i requested to return my item and was refused and offered only a 50% refund. The worst customer service, been sent multiple automated emails and when i do hear from an actual human the replies are curt and aggressive. Do not ever order from here

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with buying from an online retailer.
Item arrived after more than 3 weeks. It was poor quality and fit. I requested a refund and have had about 10 emails from James in Customer Services offering a different size or 50% refund. Each time, I explain I do not accept a 50% refund or different size and yet I get the same response back.
Awful products, awful customer service.

Would give 0* if I could. Trying to return my item and get a refund as the item quality is awful but they are only offering a 25% refund. And then in another email saying they are “currently facing some challenges, and as a result, we are unable to process a refund“?? They keep sending the same emails over and over again and all I want is a returns label. Going to end up going through my bank to get this refunded. This company should be shut down!!

Complete scam
My beautiful princess of a girlfriend ordered trousers (2 pairs £50) which came and did not fit. Seeing the company was "London based" she expected that she could purchase the correct size again and request a refund on the other pairs to speed up the process (as all UK companies allow you to do under UK law). However, this company is NOT London based and is based out of China. They refused to give ANY refund, providing no reason of doing so and ignored any follow up emails from her after she questioned their "12 days refund" stated on the website.... it has only been 3 days. Avoid at all costs. As many people did, she saw the advert on TikTok which seems to be taking no action against this business.

Ordered a White Fox set from them, sent me the wrong product and items were not genuine. Contacted customer service and they took ages to reply and eventually just stopped. Still not got my money back. Disgusting customer service and terrible product quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

False advertising! Now, I am not stupid - I understand that a dress they are selling by using a photo of Taylor Swift isn’t going to look like the picture. But I am expecting it to look like the video they use for their TikTok advert for said dress.
Boy was I wrong.
After waiting 4 weeks (seemed longer when not being able to use the dodgy tracking service they use) the dress finally arrives and well, I must admit I laughed.
The dress is 4 inches wider in the waist than advertised. The sparkles that were meant to cover the dress? Not a thing. This dress SCREAMS market stall. The material is so thin it’s see-through.the design of the pattern and the actually design shape of the dress are completely different from what was being advertised.
I quickly contacted Zovario for a refund.
So far I’ve been offered 10%, and to keep the item. We are now on 25% and to keep the item and a somewhat mysterious threat (?) that this is “the best option for me and I don’t want to decline this…”. I have been told if I “don’t accept” then i will need to cover the return costs which let meeeee guess, will be more than what I actually paid for the item.

This company should be shut down. As per the other reviews here, I bought a dress for £30 that looks nothing like the photos and has extremely cheap/thin material. The product definitely came from China as it took over 2 weeks to get to me. I know they won't refund me but their ads shouldn't be allowed on TikTok. This company is a full SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I brought a set of hoodies on December 28 th for £30 and it never came DO NIT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE it is now the next year and it’s not came and THERE VERY BAD we have sent many emails saying can we have a refund no response and I will got to the bank and see if they can refund me BUT NEVER ORDER FROM HERE ITS A SCAM KETS REPORT THIS COMPANY

STAY AWAY Awful service, ordered 2 white fox tracksuits for my daughter, she likes them baggy so ordered xl what a joke more like xs, asked for a refund happy to send items back, offered ridiculous percentages, finally agreed a full refund waited over a month still nothing, now saying have problems with refunding at present, absolute joke STAY AWAY

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Purchased a ‘white fox tracksuit’ arrived and the material is shocking, cheap and just awful nothing like the images. Requested a refund yet kept getting fobbed off with 10% refund then it was a 15% refund. Ended up going through my bank as they just kept ignoring me. Issue is still going on. Also is there only 1 person called Gabriel who works for customer service because I’m sick of it. STAY AWAY from this website absolute con!
