Scam! Tried to cancel an order made by mistake minutes after placing. They reply to emails eventually but confusion in answers and stall to get within the 30 day return clause. Substandard goods arrive to which l can't return. Then Mastercard won't touch the case. Now on with trading standards. An absolute scam of a website. Stay away!

Don’t waste your money! Terrible! Bad quality and very slow delivery.

I ordered 2 Cute Penguin card holders. The delivery was very slow and then when the parcel arrived it only contained 1 wallet. I have tried to contact them by email and phone but they have not responded. Worst service ever. I will definitely not order anything from them again.

Do not use this company. It’s based in China not England.
Customer service no is just a mobile that never answers no response to emails no goods and no refunds

My husband ordered a wallet. Was supposed to come within 15 days, after a month tried to contact customer service. Still awaiting a response...from the 15th December 2025!! 6 emails sent! Wallet finally arrived. Nothing like what he ordered! Tried again, unsuccessfully,to contact customer service! Product looks like something cheap from temu! Waste of money..will not use again and will definitely not use again!!

Poor quality product. The colour of the bunnies on the pouch is a bright colour that does not match the pouch. The products arrived with the thread already undone.

Very nice, not the best finish on them and came to late to give as Christmas presents. Overall they are pretty and do the job

Ordered Christmas present bags in November and still hasn’t arrived two days before Xmas. The company doesn’t respond to emails so couldn’t get any answers, also tracking is horrendous and isn’t updated. Products shipped from china.

Placed an order on the 02/11/25 over 6 weeks ago and as of today I have not received it.
Sent 3 queries and busy time etc.
As of yesterday they were still advertising this product which seems unfair as they cannot fulfil an order placed more than 6 weeks ago.

Do NOT use this company!! I wish I had of read the reviews before ordering. 3 weeks and nothing been delivered and customer service doesn't even exist.

I placed an order on the 28th November & I havnt recieved anything,iv emailed them 4 times now with no reply.

Ordered a leather key bag. It took two weeks to arrive. From China obviously. In my opinion it was not even leather. Very poor.

I am still waiting for my order from 16th November!! I received notification that they had received the money for my purchase! Numerous emails have been ignored! I shall now contact my bank as to date 30th November have not had any indication of delivery of my order !!!!

I ordered one pack of key bags and the checkout process added another set. I immediately emailed them to tell them and they have not replied despite three messages being sent. I don’t have the items yet so can’t comment on the quality but there is no customer service

I purchashed the Christmas Bags ( Variety Bag of 40), the promotion video shows and demonstrates the ribbon tie incorporated into the bags. I thought how coveinient. When te product arrives the ribbons are provided seperate in a bag for you to apply. Totally false advertising. Would certainly not trust or purchase from this site again!

Would give less than 1 if possible. Wish I had read customer reviews 🙈 ordered four key holders as Christmas stocking fillers.
The quality is abysmal and looks nothing like the ad. The bin is the only place these will be going.

Took a while for delivery, nearly 2 weeks and had to send an email to chase shipping but product was shipped following day. Good product for me and will save having to keep removing passport from its cover, place for GH1C card too and boarding passes.

If I could give them -0 I would! I ordered a bag from them 10 weeks ago and have emailed them numerous times to be told they’re too busy to respond!!! I have never received the item!!!
