Absolutely abysmal
Absolutely abysmal. Zoo Printing made a mistake on an order that was upgraded with next day express. I followed the procedures for a reprint and submitted ticket on Monday. This was Zoo Printing's mistake and you refused to expedite or offer same level of service as original order even after multiple messages and phone calls. You don't return calls. 4 days turnaround for a reprint that was not our fault is unacceptable. 4 days is a slower response than we paid for.

Great Business to work with
Everything is very simple and easy to put into the website when ordering special made business cards.
They proofing process is very important and helpful to ensure everything looks good and is correct.
I never have to wait to speak to someone if I ever have questions or concerns about an order.

I had a late Holiday card order
I had a late Holiday card order. There was an error in the artwork. I called and Lori was able to help me with my project before it was printed. I uploaded a new file and they were quick to make sure my card would be finished within the original timeline. I also ended up with more cards than I expected. Y'all pulled through for me in a big way. Thank you!

Good print quality but late
Quality of print job was excellent...once received. Ordered corporate Christmas cards in time for them to arrive before the date scheduled for everyone to be in the office to sign them. When I checked on the order, it was still in "impose" on the date it was supposed to be at "fulfillment." They ended up arriving one day past the promised delivery window – not much of a delay, but I had to reschedule the card signing which was a hassle. And if it were something more mission-critical, it would have been a more serious problem. I wouldn't even bother to write this review, except another recent order from Zoo was messed up and my account on the website still shows jobs that are ready for pick up that were delivered long ago. So there are some things in their (mostly automated) delivery system that aren't quite right.
