I am staying in zolo from 2022 it was good experience with zolo

A friend suggested this property as I was new to the city, never have I imagined, I would be this comfortable in a new city.

Worst PG for staying. Wifi speed is capped to 15Mbps = 15/8 MBps(actually speed for downloading). You will get 150 gb for a month after usage for 150gb they lowers the speed to 53 KBps. Other pgs give better wifi with unlimited data. Also these idio-t-s have option for recharge 150 GB for 300rs. Also rent for me is rs 10500 with some extra for electricity bill. But they charger 12500+. Dont know why

Never let out your apartment to Zolo. At Doshi Risington Karapakkam many apartments are rented to Zolo. The facility managers & zolo managers are making the situation very difficult day by day for the landlords! No value for landlords money! If we raise a complaint, they will threaten us back! If this s the situation for owners just imagine!

They are tying to survive with lies and mend money from others apartment. Don't let out to Zolo again!!

1.no proper fan,
2.No hot water.
3.No proper TV and remote
4.Rest room is worst and Corporation rest room is good compared to zolo.
5. No proper responses from care taker.

Zolo has become the worst now a days, No friends allowed and opposite gender friends can never come to your flat even for your projects or working together. only you and your flatmates. It is even worst than a university PG then a co-living space. Only students who are okay with hard policing into the jail is the right public to stay in Zolo. Rest is worst. Too many unnecessary restrictions are there.

Wrost place... don't fall for their scam... They are looting people on name of electrcity.

Don't stay here I am telling you based on my personal experience they just loot you that's what they did and I am still chasing them to get my money back.

I have stayed for 6 days and paid close to 20 k ,in which my 14 k was about to be refunded and they are just not giving it back...I am not in Bangalore but once I am there I am going to take the dash out of their bone

Go for Colive it's good,cheap and provide better and hygienic place.

DONT GO TO ZOLO EVER

Horrible customer service. Property manager Kiran, Contact no. 9209035834 doesn't pick up calls. In fact was cutting calls all day and when I complained about that to the customer care they started yelling at me while getting into an argument. Absolutely pathetic service.

Never stay in Zolo Scam
I stayed in Zolo Polaris, Yujo here is my feedback

- You won’t get your deposit back
- Monthly Electricity will be 1000-2000, Excluding the rent
- No Food
- Washing machines won’t work
- Property managers are useless
- While Exiting while claiming deposit they will charge exit charges of 3000-4000.
- Daily free passive cigarettes smoking
- WATER Problem exactly in the Mornings.
- Wi-Fi won’t work for 29 days in a month.
- Free cockroaches 🪳 everywhere.
- Additional 2000 will be charged while exiting if you stay under 12 months.
- Notice period rent of whole month needs to be payed while exiting without even staying.

If you want to get scammed go ahead and stay

I regretfully express my deep disappointment with Zolo PG, an establishment that claims to provide comfortable and hassle-free co-living spaces. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, with the absence of electricity for the past 10 days and the burden of climbing five flights of stairs to reach my room on the fifth floor.

First and foremost, the lack of electricity is an utterly unacceptable situation. In this day and age, one expects a basic necessity like electricity to be readily available in any accommodation. Yet, Zolo PG has demonstrated a severe disregard for their residents' well-being by failing to address this issue promptly. Ten days without power not only disrupts daily activities but also poses a significant inconvenience and safety hazard.

Moreover, the constant climb up and down five flights of stairs to access my room has become an exhausting and frustrating ordeal. This is particularly distressing considering that Zolo PG is a paid accommodation, and one would expect the convenience of an elevator or at least a functioning alternative.

It is utterly disheartening to witness such negligence and lack of concern for residents' comfort and well-being. The management's failure to rectify these issues within a reasonable timeframe reflects their incompetence and disregard for the residents' needs.

Furthermore, the absence of any proactive communication or updates from Zolo PG regarding the restoration of electricity or efforts to address the inconvenience faced by residents exacerbates the frustration. It is as if they have abandoned their responsibilities and left us to fend for ourselves.

I strongly advise against choosing Zolo PG as a place to reside, as their failure to provide basic amenities and resolve issues promptly displays a blatant disregard for their residents' welfare. It is evident that their primary concern is profit rather than ensuring a satisfactory living experience.

In conclusion, my experience with Zolo PG has been nothing short of a nightmare. The prolonged absence of electricity and the arduous task of climbing five flights of stairs have made my stay unbearable. I hope that prospective tenants take this review into consideration before making the regrettable decision of choosing Zolo PG as their place of residence.

It's a fraud company. They have many hidden charges and will keep scamming you when ever possible.

Worst experience one can ever have. Booked an A.C room. On the date of moving the manager over the phone he is saying A.C room is not available and even didn't inform earlier. He is just a lier. It's better to stop the service rather giving this kind of services as people are coming over here believing in then. Worst, disrespectful, inhuman.
