Worst customer service I have ever…

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Received the damage bed they send me replacement and that replacement was also damaged. Trying to ship it back to them and requested for refund. Took 5 days to send me a shipping label with wrongly spell name as well as for 2bed they send me 1 shipping label. Now they told me that I have to wait for 24 more hours for the respond. It already took 5 days for shipping level and I don't know how long they will take for my refund.worried about my money.

showing lack of care for their products

I spent around 700 usd in this place (2 mattresses and one bed) All those boxes were torn. One of them was opened completely. it was a thrift store's products. Unfortunately this place does not allow me to download those pictures here, but it was disgusting; they just blamed Walmart on that problem.

I have a fiberglass filled green tea…

I have a fiberglass filled green tea mattress that has reaked pure crystal shard chaos in every inch of my home. I learned of the class action lawsuits and realized I want my refund so I requested it. They want every possible picture invoice etc I sent everything. No more response after agreeing to refund me regardless I dont have the tag on the cover my child soiled and I had NO IDEA wasn't removable. Now our dermatologist bills for red itchy irritated fiberglass filled skin and a complete inventory of my costs so far to de glass my townhome will be added to my request and I can't join this lawsuit fast enough. All I want is my $300 back or a no fiberglass replacement. They really aren't being smart or concerned about customer satisfaction or health for that matter.

DAMAGED ITEM

We purchased a trestle dining table on Amazon and it had a deep gouge in the top. Zinus was quick to respond to our needs and reshipped another one and sent a return label for the damaged one. I was greatly impressed with their service

Don't purchase from their website. Use Amazon or other companies if you really want to purchase them. I was not able to get the product more than 30+days. And I decided to cancel it, and I did cancelled my order through their Customer services. However, I could not get any updates or refund for about a week. Customer service was keep telling me that they could only proceed the refund if they get a confirmation from the delivery company that product is rerouted to their warehouse. I called them multiple times but they were repeating the same thing. I was not being helped. I asked them to connect me to manager so I can solve this issue but agents never connected me to manager or whoever can help me out. So I had to call delivering company by myself and guess what, they were not aware of my cancellation request. Zinus was keep telling me they emailed the delivery company for the cancellation, and apparently nothing was done. So I had to request cancellation for the delivery. I am very curious and wondering how long it would take to get my money back. Maybe another month? So repeat- don't buy the mattress from their website if you do not want to waste your valuable time.

Excellent value for money. Products easy to construct. Solid, stylish, comfortable. Very happy with four products bought

Bought bed, daybed and two mattresses. Bed and daybed easy to assemble (160cm female). Instructions were clear, loved the spare bolts and washers &c and the little Allen key was fab. After assembly, products were sturdy and looked great. Have slept on the green tea memory foam mattress for a week now and love it. Firm, even support. Based on my purchases, I would definitely buy from Zinus in future. Very pleased, thanks Zinus!

We got a four poster bedframe and were…

We got a four poster bedframe and were totally impressed by the workmanship and the ease with which we were able to assemble the flat pack. It was well numbered, and the diagram was easy to follow. There were even some spare screws. Thoughtful! We then saw a number of complaints in reviews. Maybe the company has a weak spot, or maybe only negatives give reviews, or the company doesn't look for good reviews. But the frame is great!

They sell the worse quality products, don't honor their warranty and ignore your emails do you need any more reasons to not buy their stuff!

Took 30+ days to deliver, so I tried to cancel and get a refund. Customer service told me they could cancel it, but then the mattress arrived and I didn't get a refund :(

Worst company around!

I bought multiple stuff from this company I will talk about the matress in this review, firstly it didn't inflate properly secondly the layers weren't glued together but what makes it worse is that support told me to take a picture then said I voided the warranty by doing so! What kind of company does that, they also will ignore your messages please don't buy a mattress or any pieces of furniture from this company!

Queen 30cm icoil mattress.. after 1 month sagging, had to change sides, because hurting my back..then less than 1 month had to go in the middle due to sagging.. turned bed around and started again, its now 7 months and have to buy another bed..dont buy this bed,,this one is going to the DUMP.. fair dinkem, im so disappointed..

Bought a Zinus gel foam mattress...good luck finding sheets to fit!

Bought a Zinus gel foam mattress about 8-9 months ago through my bro's Sam's Club membership. A Cal King. Sleeps good other than....you can't find fitted sheets that stay on the mattress. We got a mattress cover with the same issue. Cal Kings are a standard size measurement. We then bought suspenders for the mattress cover and sheets. Our previous mattress was a Cal King and had 3-4 sets of fitted sheets that fit our previous mattress & box spring as they should. When we got the new Zinus, none of these would stay on the mattress during the night. They'd lift at the corners and clump up under neath you. I'd wake up...pull the corners tight again but, they'd always pull up in hours. The suspenders we got are huge job to put on the fitted sheets and mattress cover. I'm a 6'2" 225 lb guy and it takes me and my wife easily 15-20 minutes to change the sheets due to the heavy weight of the mattress and adjusting the suspenders to put tension on the fitted sheet corners. I wrote Zinus..."Angel" got back to me with...."I'd suggest you go to your local tailor and get custom sheets made"!!!!!! That's Zinus for you...that was there answer. I wrote "Angel" back and let them know that was the most ludicrous customer service suggestion I ever heard. I see Sams Club still sells Zinus...The mattress feels great sleeping on it...pretty happy there. But, "Angel" and Zinus customer service...not sure where they're located...sucks!

Faulty bed frame

I ordered a Zinus metal bed frame from Amazon. First time the headboard was cracked. Sent it back and ordered a replacement. Second time one of the metal bars was faulty. Called Zinus customer service only to be told that the item is now discontinued, so the bar couldn’t be replaced, but I could try re-order the whole bed for the third time. Who knows... maybe third time lucky...
perhaps I have been simply VERY unlucky, Though what I really suspect is that Zinus sell their faulty items through amazon. Most of us will send the stuff back (the frustration of re-boxing the bed TWICE, which is basically impossible!) and luckily get full refund. But who knows maybe someone won’t due to laziness or lack of time or strength to re-box the bed and wait a whole day for ups to show up...
I won’t buy from Zinus ever again, the whole experience has been just too frustrating for me.

Zinus will not honor its warranty

Do not ever buy any mattress from Zinus. You'll be OK if you get a good one that lasts, but if you get a defective one, you will be out of luck. I bought a Zinus mattress from Samsclub.com. The mattress arrived defective. One end of it would not expand, and the layers at that end were separating. I called Zinus because the enclosed card said to call them. They said I had to call Sam's, so I called Sam's, and Sam's called Zinus after repeatedly getting no response to their emails. Zinus promised them they would send me a replacement, but they did not. When I inquired when I would get it, Zinus asked me to send photos of the defective part. After I did that, Zinus said I had voided the warranty by unzipping the cover to take the photos. There would have been no way to show the defective part, especially the separation of layers, without unzipping the cover to reveal the end of the mattress. It is a zippered cover, but unzipping it voided the warranty???? Total BS. When I called Sam's and sent them Zinus' response, the Sam's rep was astounded. He pushed the problem higher up the Sam's food chain, and all were shocked by how I was treated by Zinus. It took more than two weeks to finally resolve the problem, but Sam's did refund my money. The Sam's rep was awesome. I never again will do business with Zinus. It's a shame, too, because I needed that mattress for my 86-year-old mother to visit while I had knee surgery. If she liked the mattress, I was going to get one for her as well. And I was even looking at larger Zinus mattresses for my own bed because the prices are good, and I am a disabled person on Social Security. They could have had three sales; instead, I never will buy anything from them and have let everyone I know in real life and online about this issue. Hundreds of people also were astounded by them voiding the warranty on a mattress that was defective upon arrival and never had been used.

Right from the beginning this company…

Right from the beginning this company has been awful. Delivery took forever with little to no communication as to status - their support staff are non responsive or slow to respond. The bed broke within a few months and for warranty claims they ignore you and then send you to some other company who are difficult to get a hold of. Every step of the way has been painful. It was like a dealing with companies in the 90s. It's 2019 now and companies like this shouldn't exist. Go with somebody who provides better customer support.

IF YOU DON'T LOVE YOUR ZINUS MATTRESS, TOO BAD.

I bought a Zinus twin mattress through Sam's Club online. The mattress claims to be "very supportive." IT IS NOT SUPPORTIVE. I sank into the mattress right away. I thought maybe it needed more "plumping," so I waited to no avail. Mattress sags. Aching back every morning. . I couldn't figure out how to file a return to Sam's Club, since I live about a hundred miles away with no way to transport a mattress. I left an unfavorable review on Sam's Club and Zinus contacted me, saying they would be happy to help me, since it was already past time to return it to Sam's Club. This mattress is under 10-year warranty. I filed a complaint with Zinus on June 20, 2019. It is now October 12, 2019. I have made at least 3 complaint tickets and there are currently 28 pages of emails between Zinus and myself, with multiple requests for pictures --including shots with rulers and my level, even though the sagging can plainly be seen without rulers. Now they are wanting another picture. Each time I take a picture I have to take the bedding apart and put it back together. This results in my having sciatica for 1-2 days following that. They refused to reply to my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I have told them if they asked for another picture, I will sue them for their obstruction and refusal to deal with my complaint. They DON'T need another picture to see the sagging. And, yet, today they asked for another picture. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER.
