Mattress is with in 10 years of warranty period, and the mattress has completely lost its back support. I feel like a saggy hammock. Even more frustrating than the product's failure is the complete no response from the Zinus customer service team after submitting photos and invoice. This silence is unacceptable and shows a profound disregard for customer satisfaction and product quality. Save your money and invest in a mattress from a company that stands by its products and values its customers.

Was sceptical that the price was too good to be true but was happy with the quality of the bed frame I purchased, the communication and speed of delivery. It was also really easy to put together and came with spare screws and a neat little ratchet that made it fast and simple to construct. Would happily do business with them again.
Ho acquistato direttamente da Amazon il prodotto "Zinus Topper in Schiuma Viscoelastica 80x190 cm - Spessore 10 cm - Design a Celle Aperte - Certificato OEKO-Tex - Traspirante e Ortopedico - Schiuma Comfort - Firmness Media per per letto singolo, alto 10 cm", proprio perché mi interessava l' altezza. Lo scopo era di rendere più funzionale un letto pieghevole con materasso alto 12 cm, per effettuare sedute di fisioterapia al domicilio. Tantissimi venditori su Amazon sponsorizzano prodotti alti al massimo 8 cm per la stessa offerta. Mi è sembrata una buona offerta da parte di Amazon che vendeva direttamente. Il Topper è formato da 2 distinti strati: il primo è un materassino in schiuma arrivato compresso sotto vuoto, il secondo è una specie di piumino/trapunta da mettere sopra. Il venditore raccomanda (credo, dato che ci sono solo poche illustrazioni e nessuna spiegazione per il montaggio, comunque c'è un certificato di garanzia multilingue) di lasciarlo espandere al fine di raggiungere l'altezza e il volume finale. Tolto dall' imballaggio 5 ore fa: il materassino in schiuma è passato dai 4 ai 5 cm di spessore, il trapuntino è rimasto dello spessore di 2 cm. LA SOMMA È BEN LONTANA DAI 10 CM DI ALTEZZA PROMESSA...
Provato con la fisioterapista: rende il fondo, la base su cui fare le attività riabilitative, troppo morbido. il lettino di prima col suo semplice materasso ortopedico da 12 cm e la rete a doghe di legno era sicuramente più efficace

Bought "Zinus Quick Lock Metal Bed Frame Base - Queen" this week. The steel bedframe is of solid construction. It was easy to put together; all the bolts and a ratchet Allen key were provided. Instruction sheet was straightforward. My only criticism is that the factory omitted to install one piece of rubberised support on the main cross beam. (I made do with a piece of weather seal for windows/doors.)
I am in Australia. Zinus do not ship to Australia. I bought through their distributor - Bunnings Warehouse marketplace.
This company is a scam. They promise a 90 day return window. However, they do not honor this. Instead, they asked us to donate the mattress. However, in our locality, nonprofits are not allowed by law to accept used mattresses. After several conversations with supervisors, they finally told us to give it away and take a photo of the mattress outside, by a trash bin. We did. But they are now saying this was not enough. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I broke the central beam of my bed. Just wanted this piece replaced. Was told from the very beginning that yes, it fitted their warranty requirements. After 30 days of at least 12 back and forth, including endless follow ups, I received this final answer from them:

We received a response from out higher management team and in regards with your concern. We can only see the middle beam and legs disposed. For us to submit the refund request, we do require the whole item to be disposed.
Kindly send us a photo that shows the whole bed frame are disposed.

Are you serious?
1. From my very initial contact, about 30 days ago I have been extremely specific that only one extremity of the middle beam was broken. Not only was I told that my request fitted the requirements for warranty, never once was I told that the entire bed frame should be disposed. I also sent about 10 different pictures of this specific bar, being requested to do so again and again.
2. I must have called and spoken with at least 4 different Zinus representatives to which i re-explained my problem. Again, never once was i told the whole bed needed to be disposed.
3. Despite the fact that my issue happened within the guarantee timeframe, you did not honor your commitment of replacing the broken item. It ‘so happens’ that you did not have the replacement bar anymore.
4. You offer me a mere 110$ which would barely cover the cost of this replacement bar, with al the inconvenience of finding a possible fit falling on my shoulders. Forget about possibly covering the entire bed frame. You would have to send me 500$ for that. Your proposal does not even make financial sense…
5. I m 38 years old. Never - ever - in my life have I dealt with such an incompetent company. You have literrally wasted hours of my time, pulling me in various directions, to finally came up with such senseless answer. And trust me, this is me controlling my frustration, here.
6. I will find an alternative solution. Keep your money. No wonder why you have such poor ratings.

They’ve changed their mattresses, and not for the good.
I’ve purchased several Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam mattresses through the years and the last two I’ve e recently bought you can’t even sleep on without waking up in pain ( if you even get sleep). They sink immensely wherever you lie, creating a significant ridge wherever there isn’t any weight. I have absolutely loved these mattresses in the past as it always felt like you were sleeping on a cloud! Now, I’d rather sleep on the couch. What happened to the quality??
They claim they do replacement and warranty. but man this company doesnt stand by that advertisement they made me go in circles and no resolution i had to just waste my money
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I received an email on February 11th, informing me of "delivery onboard" and expected on that day. Waited hours but didn't arrive. Waited another 24hours before i contacted the company only to get a generic response without addressing my issue. My tracking number was made up so no way of tracking my parcel. Over 48 hours since my email complaint and I still have no idea where my item is. I get the impression that companies like this one don't think the laws apply to them.

I dealt with the Zinus NZ team regarding replacement parts. While I was originally advised that parts were unavailable, the country manager stepped in and quickly remedied the situation. Excellent customer service - impressed!
Oh, and quality products that were a breeze to assemble!
Within 2 weeks the mattress had large dips and valleys. I am 215 lbs and it was like sleeping in a trough. Probably the worst mattress we have ever had. To add insult to injury, in order to make use of their "warranty", we needed to find a place to donate it to, schedule a pick up and then send the receipt to Zinus. Who knows if they will ever even refund our money. Do not buy a mattress from here.
worst experience ever. delayed the delivery for 5 days and ended up loosing my package. i had to keep trying to reach to the delivery company as well as the Zinus brand itself, however, the brand has no contact with its customers. now i am trying to get a refund and hope that at least they will be able to give it to me without any further issues or escalation of the situation. pick any other brand but not this one;( save ur time and energy!!
Purchased a sofa set from Zinus earlier this year. One of the chaise ended up being defective after 4 months. Literally can't sit on the chaise it without sinking all the way in. We purchased a Warranty through Mulberry and had to fight tooth and nail for any type of response. Zinus didn't honor the manufacturer Warranty nor did they wanna replace just the chaise. They wanted us to purchase the entire set all over again and failed to cover the Warranty. Will never buy anything from this company again nor will I ever recommend them. I'm hoping they respond so I they can see this and the nearly 90% of negative reviews. Garbage company
Customer service was awful and I never did get a mattress. Ended up having to dispute the charge.
The mattress is hard as a rock even after adding two foam toppers. Communicating with the company by phone is impossible and on-line they are no help whatsoever.
Not only did my mattress end up having dangerous materials in it, fiberglass, which caused a skin condition to develop but when I reached out after receiving it they ignored me until the return window had closed.
The mattress is uncomfortable starting on day one. Zinus itself has been THE worst company I have ever done business with. I have thankfully prevented several family members and friends from purchasing from them and will continue to do so because they are not just incompetent but evil.
Find another mattress brand. Do not enter the nightmare world that is owning a Zinus product.
