We sent you an email informing that the recipient refused to accept the flowers and our courier doesn't even know the reason. Also, for Japan's delivery policy they are not allowed to leave flowers at the front door.

Nothing was like the picture
Vase wasn’t like the one pictured and definitely not worth the extra $30, and flowers had no colour and therefore nothing was as pictured. Complaint to vendor went unanswered.

Awful service
Ordered a bouquet on July 7 (2023) to be delivered on July 9. However, as I am writing this (July 11), the bouquet has not arrived.
I sent emails to customer support asking for any updates, but nothing.
I feel I lost my money and time.
I WONT USE THIS SITE ANYMORE, and i will not recommend this site to my friends.

They failed to deliver on her birthday…
They failed to deliver on her birthday and did not deliver until after 5 pm the following day. They did include a bear for the inconvenience. But they were instructed to call her to get her work address since she was not home and they did not do it. Lucky someone guide them to the work location. After receiving the flowers some of them were drooped over like they were already dying.

This is the second time that I paid for a premium vase and the flowers came without any vase. I also paid for the premium upgrade on the flowers, but I don't know if that happened. The flowers that were received were nice.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I am a repeat customer. This time I made the mistake of also including chocolates in my order. The chocolates did NOT arrive with the flowers for my mother on Mothers Day (which were delivered by mistake next door). I have had NO response to emails asking for an explanation or a refund. Not good enough zflowers.
