Leider kann ich mich diesen Bewertungen nur anschließen: Zynischer geht es nicht: auch WENN man die Abholung beantragt, sie wird nicht in die Wege geleitet - nach dem Motto: das bieten wir nicht an = meine Erfahrung. Dass andere Kunden damit "zu spät" seien ist also eine handfeste Lüge. Und dass, obwohl ich Hocker zugesandt bekam, auf denen es gefährlich ist, draufzusitzen. Was mich wundert: sogar Amazon gibt klein bei... und lässt diesen Händler diese Hocker weiter auf Amazon verkaufen!!.. Was läuft da ab? Ich werde im Notfall mit meiner Bank Kontakt aufnehmen - der Händler soll die Sachen abholen lassen oder sie kommen in den Müll, wo sie auch hingehören - es sei denn, sie können noch umfunktioniert werden.

Dummerweise hat keiner darauf hingewiesen, dass DPD Pakete in der Größe nur abholt (Shop verweigert Annahme), also musste ich Abholung auf eigene Kosten veranlassen. Als ich Erstattung der Versandkosten beantragt habe, wurde mitgeteilt, Rücksendung ist kostenlos, wenn Verkäufer das veranlasst. Info kam zu spät, ich bleib auf den Kosten sitzen. Und Ersatz für die Stühle gibt es nicht, da muss Neubestellung her. Es ist nicht meine Schuld, dass die Ware defekt ist, aber den Preis muss ich trotzdem zahlen

I ordered my removeable head bamboo…
Didn't get the items I ordered.
I ordered my removeable head bamboo toothbrushes (2, different colors) and 3 replacement heads in the beginning of August. I loved the idea of the replaceable heads because I'm wasting even less (even though bamboo is a renewable source, the less we use, the better). Two months later, not package yet and I get an email about rating my purchase. Later that day, I receive a "note" that a new package is on it's way and they replaced one of the colors. Two days letter I get a confirmation of my order with a list (as I ordered) and a statement that it's on the way. I received it within a few days, but what I received had very little with what I ordered. It was all toothbrushes, so that was at least right. I received 2 removeable head bamboo toothbrushes, same color though and neither matching what I ordered (but did match the earlier "note"). I ordered two different colors to easily distinguish which toothbrush belongs to whom, so that's now out the window. Zero replacement heads were included, but I now have 7 more regular bamboo toothbrushes instead. Value wise, it's probably close to a wash, but it's not what I ordered/wanted. I emailed them about it twice and haven't heard anything back. Guess I'll have to waste the replaceable head opportunity unless I find another supply that matches what I have. Or start over with a new company because I doubt I'll be using this one again.

I never received my products!
After emailing multiple times and even trying to call to figure out what happened with my order, I'm now disputing the transaction with my bank. What a disappointment. No tracking info was ever sent to me, even after they said I could track it.
This is the exact email I got from Zessoo regarding my order after it was apparently unable to be delivered.
"Hi Hannah
Your package was not called for, meaning someone tried to deliver but no one was at home, we have resent it for you at our cost and this time included our new brushes for you, we have also replaced the brush heads you ordered with extra toothbrushes for the inconvenience.
Please note, we have sent it via normal delivery this time so they should just track it and put it through your post box.
Please remember to leave a review once you receive.

I first made my order and payment on September 6 2019, and received an email on my order details. From that day on, there were no updates in any form on the order status.
I sent an email on September 9 2019, asking politely for an update on the order. There was no reply, so I took to Facebook messenger on September 15 (I was away from Sept 9 till Sept 14) since Zessoo left it as another communication option. Again, no response, no seen messages despite the fact that they were still posting actively on Facebook.
Today, I made a phone call to the number provided on their Facebook page. When I selected the line for 'Order Status/Track Shipping', it led me to a phone operator who could only tell me the company I was calling was TSN, an investment firm. She could not tell me anything about Zessoo, so I ended the call.
So after the call, I decided to do some Googling and found this site, along with the TSN website. I sent a message on the TSN website, detailing the issues and requesting that they do something about Zessoo, which is a venture of theirs.
To summarize:
There were NO updates, NO responses to my questions on the order status AT ALL after payment. Needless to say, I have NOT received my order at all either.
What's more, it looks like I'm not alone in this. At this point I am almost certain the company is a scam.
So to those looking to buy from Zessoo, my advice: DON'T. Steer clear of this company until they know how to properly run an online business.

Zessoo refunded my order after leaving a review here (which I've now edited).
The package was never received but they finally concluded it was lost in the mail. I'm happy I got my money back at the end.
Product reasonable, delivery charges subsidising prices
Product was as specified and arrived on time. However was a bit miffed at having been charged around £4 for delivery only to discover (when the item arrived by royal mail 2nd class) that postage had only cost 86p.

This was my first plant based product so didn’t know what to expect but the vegan wallet has surpassed all expectations. I have had it quite sometime now and it's working perfectly. Ordered one for my dad also! Well done Zessoo.
Amazing product!
I brought a wallet just over a year ago, and was a bit skeptical about a wallet made of leaves. However when I received my wallet I loved the product straight away, the quality and feel of the product is incredible and hats off to the Zessoo team for creating such a fantastic product, that is both stylish and ethical. It has also held up very well to everyday use and seems very durable. Being a vegan it is very hard to find alternive products from the norm and this is something so different and unique.
Whenever I show other people, they are amazed at the product and I myself have recommended so many people to Zessoo. I feel proud to pull out my wallet - I know that sounds a bit strange - but who else thought you could make a wallet out of leaves!!! Keep up the good work Zessoo!
