I had a great experience with the site and was happy with how easy it was to enter all my info. One thing I did feel needs vamping up is adding more wallets like XRP, BitCoin Cash wallets, plus adding more exchanges to the list, other than these it's a great place to have your crypto taxes prepared.

Your connection to Kraken is disfunctional, both via API(?) connection and by download and reading of .csv file. Authentification failed in attempted connection via API or whatever it is. Then I downloaded my ledger .csv, as you specify, and your system declined to process the file, reporting several thousand entries are errors. No error was apparent on inspection, but what do I know, so I repeated the process -- meticulously -- with the same failed result and exactly the same number of asserted errors.
I gave up on ZenLedger at that point and sent raw data to my accountant - from all sources. It'll cost me a bunch, but at least I'll get my taxes done on time.
I won't be back next year. And by the way, you gave me a powerful incentive to write this review. At least I can confirm it's based on a genuine experience.

Service is horrible, always trying to sell you something else, and the data is not correct.

It was super easy to use. Instructions were very clear. It took me less than an hour to complete my Form 8949 using KuCoin, Uphold, and Coinbase.

The software worked great for my Coinbase .csv file but would not populate the IRS form 8949 for my Nexo .csv file

It is really hard to edit what has been uploaded, I found duplicates that I can not track to the csv file I uploaded and just remove. I have files that got miss labeled and makes it look like coins went to a different wallet. I have exchanges that still show having a balance but when I log in and look I see a zero balance, was connected through the API. the help articles are not helpful. I am expected to edit all the tables with out having specific information on what to do. I have security concerns on what happens if your systems get compromised the hackers will know who I am and what my balances are. especially when it says I have the wrong balance. It always shows an error I need to fix regarding some old failed alt coins I don't have complete records on as something to fix. I have complained multiple times about lack of integration from major wallets. you ask me to pick the wallet and down load the csv file but when I upload it it fails. how has your team not learned what the csv file will look like and just integrate it on your side. that would be a real service but each year it is a huge pain point.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Every person I chatted with has been tremendously helpful and extremely knowledgeable. In particular, representative Sumit helped me troubleshoot my imports so that everything lines up accurately. His technical savvy is unparalleled.

Honestly, if you have a bunch of wallets and exchanges I’m not sure the numbers are even right. It’s gives a complicated mess of a spreadsheet that makes it very hard to compute basis and gain/losss.

Secondly, they have non responsive customer support. I paid for an account last year and now I can’t access my account and get no response from custom support.

Ease of use, very tech/user friendly software. Great customer service and from the research I've done the lowest cost compared to cointracker coinledger and a few others I forgot the names of. Zenledger also offers discounts for repeat customers, and I will recommend them to anyone I know who holds crypto. Thanks very much Zenledger.

Great service

bugs and lack of support.
It does not support sgd fiat, and also does not support options on derribit. say it support kraken but when I upload csv I downloaded from kraken it says the format is not correct. Also because of issues with other exchange it says that my data in kraken does not reconcilled. I ended up spending more the 10 hours to comb thru all the transactions and to make changes to file format. also for the exchange it does not support when you upload a properly formatted csv with the exchange name fill out they won't show it but just says manual, which does not help when reconciling. not recommended until they get these issues fixed.
