I have not received my package
I have not received my package. It is clearly lost in the mail as we are on day 11 of it showing that it’s in transit and hasn’t moved from Memphis which always gets delivered to me in TN the next day. That part is not the companies fault. What the problem is, is I reached out by email to your company and a gentleman named Phillip told me to give it another day or two and I’ve now emailed back twice after more than a day or two and have gotten no response from anyone.

Quality products and great customer service
There was a slight issue with the anxiety 3 pack bracelet set where one of the bracelets was not the correct size. Phillip helped resolve the issue very timely and effectively!

Received product securely wrapped. No breakage. Bracelets are gorgeous and do not feel plastic. They have some solid weight. I love wearing them so much I ordered more, and have a basket ready to buy more.
