Quite slow response to change requests, emails being misread/ignored. Not overly impressed so far.

Hi John,
Sorry you feel that we took longer than usual to complete your changes, but as explained on the phone the day previous, we had a shortage of design staff due to illness. We have since completed the changes and even included another page free of charge for past events to try and make up for it.
All of this was explained to you in an email that was sent to your inbox that you didn't read due to you being at work.
Furthermore, all changes to your site previously have been fully completed within the allotted time.

Excellent Service!
Have recently set up a website for my business with a lovely lady named Kelly at this company, I am extremely pleased with the design and how easy the whole process has been. Previously been with another company that was completely unsupportive but Kelly answered all questions and provided all support prior to me even agreeing.. better still.. while setting it up.. even better still.. she is still there for any questions now and its been live for over a month.
I am seeing a great profit, and look forward to my upgrade going live in a few days which I was over the moon that I can change my contract without penalties and simply just the extra charge.. the last company tried to charge me even though I was trying to spend more money with them......
Worth every penny, wish there was more people like Kelly in this line of business. Hope she sees this and sees what a credit she truly is!

Awful
I’ve been very ill with covid, which zeek were aware of. 1 payment was missed and they have submitted court papers for the entire 12 months. There has been 8,9,10 calls each day, total harassment over such a silly sum of money, which they won’t be getting a penny of now even if they win their case.

Over the moon with the website and service I have received from Zeek. Having been stung in the past by a previous web company I was sceptical to give it another go, but I couldn’t have asked for a better service than what I got from these guys! Not only did they manage to build my trust back up (a special thank you for your patience in doing so!) and produce a fantastic website which I’m finally proud to show off, the aftercare has been great too.
