I’ve been a customer of Zeek design for 2 years now and couldn’t recommend them enough ,excellent service and work done on building and maintaining my website.

Love my new website, my account manager chelsea has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process and is always quick to update everything for me. Will definitely be recommending in the future!

I sent over my company logo, and within a couple of days, they had made me an amazing website and had it up and running so quickly! I couldn't believe how professional it all looked I am so happy with it, Charlie was very helpful and highly recommended

Claim for compensation for loss of earnings plus damages for distress:
Normal company: list your costings and reasonings
Zeek: blackmail
Says it all.
In regards to DD being cancelled, as you are fully aware, it was following the information given to me by your accounts team. In regards to the domain names this is still not good practice and had finished paying for one of them yet the domain name was still registered to Zeek. I can evidence my discussions with you regarding this if you wish. Or I can contact Nominet again to refresh you on your obligations?

Update 21.01.23:
1.The two domain names that I bought from Zeek Zeek registered in their own name, against good practice. Zeek offered to change that if I paid a fee. I contacted the industry regulator who got in touch with Zeek. They are now registered in my name at no cost.
2. Citizen's Advice have now had the time to review all the information that I gave them. They support each one of the complaints I made against Zeek, yet Zeek's allegation of defamation by me is still below.
3. Zeek has still closed access to my website meaning that I am unable to use any of it, to use any of my marketing materials etc. My accountant has advised me to shut my company down due to the huge drop in business since Zeek's actions.
4. Zeek are also aware of the serious health issues I am undergoing currently and yet are only willing to restore my website if I remove this review and not expect any financial recompense from them for their actions.

Update 28.10.22 I deleted the old review because there is a word limit. I didn't try to pay, I did pay. I did that to try and avoid legal action. However, when I emailed you to let you know that if this continued I would have to take legal action your reply was, 'Great'.
Refer to Trading Standards. It's all there. Hopefully Zeek will have the courtesy to update their working practices once this is all over.

Update 27.10.22 Trading Standards state that a customer should not lose out financially because of a companies misinformation. I was told what date the payment should end and I was told the date that the contract would end and that I needed to find a host by that date. I followed both pieces of advice. Trading Standards state that the onus is on the company to ensure that all information is given correctly not the customer. Zeek are therefore liable.

As explained you will not be able to speak to my ISVA as in the third email you state that you are 'happy to have a chat' with them. This is not a legal option for someone to act on your behalf, again which I have already explained to Zeek.

I have tried to resolve this matter with yourselves on many occasions, to no avail.

Not only have you had a catastrophic affect on my business and income, you are now accusing me of slander. I am not sure that your company fully understand the distress caused by enlisting Zeek to design my website. Many thanks for your public understanding of trauma experienced. This was notably missing from your private emails.

My experience of Zeek has recently been awful. They have closed down my website and email even though I made the disputed payment amount and even though accounts admitted that the mistake was on their part in terms of money owed. The impact on my business has obviously been catastrophic. All my marketing materials obviously link to the site and email. Check the terms and conditions. Zeek have copyright over much of the design for 2 years, even if in the original call they state a 12 month contract. Having to go through the small claims court and the legal advice I have been given is sure that Zeek are 100% liable for all my costs and lost revenue but at what cost to my business and reputation? In my experience very difficult people to deal with. I am currently going through a traumatic legal case due to historic sexual abuse. I asked Zeek for third party consent and even directed them to the charity that is supporting me. They do not have any third party consent forms and initially refused to discuss anything with anyone. You have to wonder in this day and age how that is even acceptable.

Very professional and responsive. Both designer (Baily) and relationship manager (Chelsea) were both excellent.

Awful is just a start ! made me some web pages that were so bad a 10yr old could have made them - and included a competitors page ? photos awful even though I gave them a gallery ? like the previous comment - I asked for a 'pause' they go to legal in 2 mins - clever in getting money threat out there ? wait for the obvious excuses ? don't touch . Had their reply . It’s a no from me . Desperate so will see them in court . Only interested in your money . Hold on to it .

The attentiveness of my account manager Leona has been incredible. She's been chasing me up non-stop (which is so appreciated) so that she can inform the design team of all of my many needs and wants. They have delivered on every request and really seem to want to give me the best website possible. The first draft they sent me was amazing from the outset but Zeek has incorporated every little tweek and some major ones I have asked for throughout this whole process.

I couldn't possibly ask for more from them than they are already giving and the value for money is off the charts. I cannot recommend Zeek enough and I am really delighted they got in contact when they did.

I have been with Craig at Zeek Design now for a good few years. He has always gone above and beyond with everything we have asked for, more so the last few years with our industry being hit hard with the lockdowns.
