They closed my account for no reason…
They closed my account for no reason because I was shopping had 750$ limit and they closed it and said I was being suspicious when I was just browsing… it’s messed up to make people believe there approved and shut there account down cause you feel like …. I don’t recommend anyone use Zebit EVER

I’ve had Zebit account for about a…
I’ve had a Zebit account for about a year. My limit was $1750. I used my account and paid on time all the time. Then for absolutely no reason My account was frozen while I tried to make a purchase. I was upset and confused as I was paying on time and trying to build a great history on my account. I emailed them and they lied about my account having numerous late payments. It was an outrageous lie. I don’t know why I was targeting in such a way. My payment history was great and I provided them with the history of my payments. This is wrong and I will never use Zebit again. They are deceptive and I’m not sure why I was targeted and lied to.
Beware of a company that you can not trust!

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever, take without warning, no extra time, very unprofessional as a whole, would not recommend to anyone! If you order of here beware not to put bank account info, even if you change it they still check the original account and will keep drafting!

Zebit is a good shopping service
Zebit is a good shopping service, especially if you are looking for easy financing for products. Although the pricing on products is much higher than shopping in person, the financing option is easy and simple. Be aware that they charge a high "delivery" fee for soft goods such as gift certificates. I just see it as a finance charge :-)

Love Zebit! The pay over time option fits my budget, products ship timely and have had no issues. The ecertificates are wonderful with grandkids and my adult children. Many varieties and amounts available for purchase and pay for over 6 months time.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Ordered TV month ago. Cannot speak with live rep on the phone. Which is so stupid!! The tv came damaged. The return policy is garbage!! They said it takes 3 weeks for investigation of the damaged tv and they still expect me to make payments on something that is not doing me any good still in box. Why would I make payments on something that I'm asking for a refund on!! Done with this company!! The Rep was horrible bit I guess you can do that when you're hiding behind an email!!

Zebit is an amazing buy now pay later…
Zebit is an amazing buy now pay later program. Their prices are very competitive and I've seen thing s the same cost on Amazon and Walmart. Items I've selected and purchased are if high quality and I love it and made many many purchases so far. As soon as pay off I order again and sometimes I don't wait. The payments are so affordable. The only only change I would make is lower down payments. I would have bought even more of the down payments were not so large.

Can not cancel or return items purchased through Zebit, EVEN when someone hacks your account and has delivered to their address NOT yours!
They did eventually agree to cancel after many emails & this review (I believe)
