In the past, this place has fulfilled my products in a timely fashion and satisfactory. Unfortunately, this past recent transaction I was left empty handed. I ordered a laptop for school and personal use. Upon arriving of the shipment, I expected a laptop. The person who received the product, was my lady. I was at work at the time and I asked her to open it up for me while we FaceTimed. As she opened it up, she felt suspicious about the package because it looked repackaged. She opened up the box that the package was in and the laptop box itself had black marks and the clear plastic packaging missing. Opened the laptop box up and it was empty. Right away we tried to get ahold of Zebit. From there we asked if we can report to Apple which the company laptop is from and report it stolen. From the last time I remember, just like their phones, if it is reported stolen, they can block the product from being used. They said they would handle it and file a claim. Long story short, I’m stuck paying for a product Zebit nor Fedex, who delivered the product, did not do much to help investigate this situation. After this last transaction. I will never use or recommend this place again. Word a mouth is the best when it comes to working with the City of Los Angeles. Thanks Misty, from Zebit, for nothing. Having two kids and losing this money hurt.

Zebit makes it easy to purchase everyday things that I normally purchase anyway, without breaking the bank. I bought a 75” TV and it came in the mail within about 4 days that was faster then Amazon. I started with a initial spending limit and it’s increased twice. All I do is shop, pay it off with my scheduled payments or sometimes ahead of time, they increase my limit over time, and repeat. There’s nothing to it, but to do it I recommend Zebit to friends and family all the time. They have name brand hand bags, e-gift cards to restaurants, my favorite stores, flights, and hotels. It’s a no brainer for me before I know I’m about to go shopping I go on Zebit before I hit the stores.

Total BS! They gave me a limit of $750, I bought a cheep android phone, then they took the $63.33 from my bank right away. Then they FROZE my account and revoked my spending limit! So today I called my bank to dispute the charge. So what do they do? They ship the phone 5 hours later but my account is still frozen. I think it’s a scam and I wouldn’t buy anything from them if I were you!

Crazy how you see almost perfect review here but not even close on better business bureau first there down payment amounts suck way too high second you can't reach them over half time and continue to send advertising which clearly don't get the hint you don't want them I rate maybe being nice 1out of a 5 period and cost more on items then most sites at least get your down payment lower people

I really like this company. It was easy to get credit and when I ordered something it came quickly with no damage. I'm paying off my first order now and will definitely use them again in the future.

My first time using zebit and my account was frozen … I’m sure it has something to do with shipping address cause I have two but I discovered there not a actual customer service number to call to fix the issue promptly instead you have to email which can take 2-3 days for a response back …should defitnely have an actual number to call and talk to someone so that the issue can be dealt with asap … just not very helpful in my situation due to I was trying to purchase gift cards for a special occasion this weekend !!!

I have loved everything I have ordered from Zebit. My last purchase was a blue ray player that I was disappointed in. It only came with a power cord -nothing to plug into the TV or Wi-Fi connection. I bought a brand new HDMI cord - watch one movie and now the HDMI is no longer found... not happy about this.

I find Zebit easy to access. The quality of products are great and you receive your items in a timely fashion. Definitely recommending to others.

im browsing the app and noticed mostly everything is over priced. i wouldnt shop here if i was even desperate to purchase an item. even though i get a big spending limit but just way too much. i was trying to find gaming laptop but they had msi sword laptop it sold for about 900 and they are selling it for 1600. if i can buy it for 900 ill do it. 1600 no thanks

I love ZEBIT! I use their Gift Card option to stores like TJ Maxx and Kohls! The finance charges are super reasonable! I use zebit for all my shopping!

I am new to Zebit and got a $1500 spending limit. I’ve browsed the site several times trying to decide on a gift for my niece. I decided on an eGift card and went to checkout only to be stopped saying my account has been frozen. What the ….? I haven’t even purchased anything yet!! I’ve read the many reviews and it appears having your account frozen is commonplace with Zebit. I have done “submit a request” per the site’s instructions for 3 weeks now but to date I have received no response. To those that have given excellent reviews for customer support ~ your review is for Zebit right? Zebit.com? Just making sure I was in the right place. And is there some secret Zebit portal to customer support the rest of us aren’t aware of? Good lord …

I have been a loyal member of zebit for 5 years and I have made every payment on time except one and that was due to my card expiring and me forgetting to put the new one on file. As soon as I realized the mistake I immediately paid! I use zebit for gift cards especially Carnival because my family take a cruise every Christmas. With the cruise booked and after paying my deposit I go to zebit to purchase my gift card and get a message that my account is frozen and I will have to pay off my current order and then have my account reviewed before placing a new order. What??? Mind you, the order I currently have is up to date with payments and I have over 2,000 left in my spending limit and was trying to use half of that to get two $500 gift cards. So why would my account randomly get frozen when it wasn’t yesterday? I contacted zebit this morning to request my payment dates be changed as you still have my old payment schedule from a previous job and the representative nicely changed my payment schedule and said I was free to make my payment today with the correct payment schedule showing, just to get a message that my account is now frozen! After 5 years of excellent payment history they froze my account after one payment was late a few days previously and was paid and no other payments have been late. This is how they reward their customers after 5 years of loyalty and stellar payment history! Now my Christmas cruise is ruined as I was paying my balance with my zebit gift cards! Listen to everyone else and stick with afterpay and Klarna!

I love the variety of things Zebit has from electronics to e-certificates. It's easy, convenient and interest isn't bad either!

If this is about my last order when I wanted to return my ear bugs I was trying to stop the order but it looks like it takes two business day before the email is answered. But it’s all good I was able to return my order. I love everything what I order and I just try to make sure the item or items that I order is what I want or need. I very satisfied what I order. Thank you for sending the items quickly I appreciate it. I will continue to tell about you.

I am daycare business owner so I have a lot of deposits coming through my account. They approve for $1500 .. They cancel my order for the same reason I see people post about ., I am new at these shopping apps. I do believe that this is unprofessional. They could’ve gave my a first time limit ,. I do not encourage anyone to sign up for this app or use this app.
