I love Zebit! I have purchased a Marc Jacobs bag and was so grateful of the low down payment and then monthly payments. I am planning on some Ashley seating and there is not a huge difference in price between Zebit and the Ashley website. The fact there is no interest, I am fine with paying a little more for the ability of making interest free payments. Thank you Zebit!

I have been using zebit for the past 6 yrs for Ecertificates for the kids School Shopping and i am so disappointed to see they are NOT Available..This is the Main Reason i got zebit in the first place..

They decided to remove e certificates right when school shopping started i am so upset

I have already written a review . Now Zebit has charged my account for an amount not due and claimed it was charged back. I had a bi weekly amount due for a product I purchased before my account was violated and hacked. I refused to offer a new debit number to be stored. I was going in every two weeks and paying for an order I did authorize. I did not get a notice of my bi weekly amount being due. I went in to pay on the account and noticed that less than 24 hours ago I did have a bi weekly amount due. I paid it. My account is frozen with the explanation I had a charge back on the account for 89.00. This amount would of been the total amount due not the bi weekly payment. Again, unauthorized use of my debit card. I have no problem providing a debit number for an auto payment if a secure way is provided to ensure my account and banking info is not hacked again. You can not communicate with anyone from Zebit real time.

This site is not secure. There were order made from account using my autopay credit card. There was a changed to the shipping address where these items were shipped to a state hundred miles away, a name change in the shipping address where there was just letters not a full name. This individual went in to my listed email with Zebit (yes, I was dumb the passwords were similar) You would of thought the credit department would of red flagged this. i have almost 940.00 charged to my debit card. This site in this case was not secure. there were obvious flags that should of indicated fraud. these items have not shipped however, you cannot not communicate directly with anyone 3-5 business days for a response

Zebit is great I have bought many many things however ecertificates left right when I was going to finish paying for our cruise. When will they return.

This company has made my life so much easier. It is not about shopping for me. They trust me to make my payments, in return they offer prices and payments that I can afford.

I love the E certificates great for gifts

Zebit has given me the freedom to be able to purchase the things I need and want and pay them off in time. I have never had any issues. Zebit is the best buy now pay later company hands down

DO NOT GET AN ACCOUNT WITH ZEBIT. I HAD AN ACCOUNT OPENED FOR A YEAR NOW AND HAD A GOOD CREDIT LINE AND NEVER ORDERED YET. I WENT TO ORDER SOMETHING SMALL UNDER $200 AND THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND WONT REOPEN. NO REASON WHY. I HAVE GOOD CREDIT, HOME AND JOB AND ALL. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ON BIT....PRETTY SORRY AND SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE.....

Every time I have ordered from this company, things have gone smooth and amazing! I absolutley love this company and will use them as long as they are around!! Thank you for everything you have done!

Super frustrated with zebit. I have made every payment on time. It shows I have an active spending limit that's never been frozen.... I'm looking to get a new cellphone and when I search up any phones I do not get any products available. I've even tried to click links they've sent me through emails and when I click on them it tells me page is not found. My boyfriend also uses zebit, and he sees all the iphones and Samsung galaxy phones too. This makes no sense to me....

I'm able to get the items I want without having to save up the funds.

So far my experience has been great. I've only been using Zebit a short time and have nothing bad at all to say about them, the service has been great.
