Great experience

This is a great site with a lot of really good products. Items ordered show up to your home quickly. The prices are a lil bit higher than what you can find in the store but not by very much. I like the fact that I can order with a little bit of money down and small payments every two weeks after for 6 months. I used this site to order Christmas gifts for my children. Being able to put a small portion down upfront. Helped me a lot with my Christmas budget. I would recommend Zebit to friends and family for sure.

Ordered an $350 ecertificate gift card finally received it and the gift card is invalid it was a gift for someone else. Embarrassing. Now no one from Zebit will respond to my emails! Cant use the card but they still took my money!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered the oculus they charged my card gave me the order number once I look at my order history in the morning it tells me I haven’t placed an order. Still haven’t Received my refund.

E-CERTIFICATES ARE THE BEST!

I have 7 grandkids so around the Holidays first thing I do is go to Zebit and get e-certificates they are wonderful,not only around the Holidays either if I'm a little low on cash I will grab the e-certificates for restaurants or if I'm bored and wanna shop I swear it's the best !
And they are sent to my email in just a couple of hours I love ZEBIT!

Missing Order

I spent close to $500 last night ordering $1350 in gift certificates too booknhotels for my upcoming trip. i got a email that it was processing and got an order number. I could see a reflection of everything in my account. This morning I woke up to no new email with the certificates and when I logged into my account the order I placed last night completely disappeared as if I never order. My credit limit also changed reflecting as if my order from last year took away from that limit? Im so confused. I emailed and it says response time is 2-3 days and I have not recieved.a response from instagram or facebook. I really need answers and to be able to book my upcoming trip. I want to know what is going on and if for some reason I was denied I want an immediate refund of my $500 so that I can book my hotels another way. Super not happy!

I've been with zebit for 5 years

I've been with zebit for 5 years, always paid my items off...then one day boom, they took my credit limit with them that I worked 5 years to obtain...I reached out to customer service and they would not even respond back to me. They give you a credit limit then take it if you try to use it...and yes everything is over priced, I'm just over the whole company...

A fully loaded voucher thats unavailable ? Hotels.com tells me otherwise, I have reached out to Hotels.com 02/01 no mention of A voucher.... ( I would like to know which number you are calling and name and position because I have made 2 phone calls already and they convey no knowledge of anything. And If I didnt feel ripped off I wouldnt have continually posted and If I felt this company had Good Customer Service I would know it by now . So, this is dragging on and Im the only person at loss ( (Lesson)

Buyer beware: this company offers no refund if they sell you a ecertificate to whatever company then once you encounter difficulties its all on you. this company took $61.00 deposit taken real fast from my acct but then Issue arises with it its deal with the other company only . the ecertificate has not benefitted me one cent Nor no sign of this Supossedly Voucher as I made phone call today nor in my Hotels.com acct visible of a $150.00 Voucher
I would not recommend a company that doesnt offer refund, and takes deposits , its not worth it when issues arise.I still have no access nor used the supposedly voucher from hotels .com nor fully loaded ecertificate

I have received so many emails from this cmpany same repetitious emails...yes it arrived fulled loaded and never used it be it cancels on hotels.com system or glitch I paid for a svc Never received ...No Vouchee nor sign of it on my end.
No point in Zebit ever emailing me because not the business I'd ever want to do business with again nor recommend.

At this point , I see this company will not resolve anything
Nothing new: still no refund , take it up with Hotel. Com ( the other company .. No ecertificate No voucher ...no service that I have already shelled out money for ..no resolution
