The problem isn't that the markers are like cheap watery magic markers; the problem is that you can't return them. We vitiligo sufferers should stick with Dermablend.

I'm was literally sent 3 markers in different brown shades for $31. What a joke! I could've bought these at my nearest dollar store. Terrible!!

Markers came all dried out
Markers came all dried out. Customer service refused to believe me, and told me that no refunds were available. Horrible customer service!
Right- you communicated with me by telling me to send proof that the markers were dried up. HMMM. How does one do that? I had to send a video of me trying to write with a dried up marker, and nothing coming out. Way too much effort for a sub par product that is old and dried up. By the way, Just because you communicated with me doesn't mean you provided good service.
