I ordered the wide applicator this time and it worked perfectly. If you could get the precision pens to flow like the wide applicator I would buy them. As it is, I have 16 pens that really don't work..... Not sure why the difference between applicators

Thank you for contacting me. There are still a lot of unanswered questions as to why you never responded to my emails after I made my first purchase and why there is not a real person available to speak with an only get to an automated voicemail message. Why is there not a physical address for this company?

Yes, you are correct; standard delivery to Mexico can take up to 45 days to arrive. This is the best option in order to avoid customs issues. We appreciate your patience.
Didn't help much
I can still see the difference in my skin after applying it. It doesn't hide the white patch v well. Plus it comes off with water

If applied properly, Zanderm does not wash off with water, Skin must be cleansed before applying. It is not waterproof but a long lasting camouflage that gradually fades over time.
I started to lose my pigment on both hands....
I started to lose my pigment on both hands . I wanted a make-up to reduce the lost of pigment. I read that Zanderm was rated very high by other people. So I ordered the 3 sample pens to find the correct skin tone for me. Once I did determine my color, I ordered a couple of bottles and a blending pad. ZANDERM IS GREAT !!!! It has blended in my natural color with where I have no pigment. I highly recommend this product. It also long lasting once it has dried on your skin. For me I chose "Light Neutral" and apply multiple coats to make it darker and match my skin color.

We do offer a free shade matching service where our cosmetic specialists suggest the best shade for you which most 1st time customers take advantage of. Our precision applicator (pen) is exactly what is shown on our website, so not sure how we did not meet your expectations.

Product just does not work for me… I put it on and few minutes later it’s gone…I have always applied to a clean face and purposely not used any skin cream

Thanks for your feedback. Generally if this occurs it means that there is a barrier on the skin preventing the product from absorbing. Zanderm must be applied to clean skin, free of an oils, cream or makeup. Please feel free to try applying again on cleansed skin.
