I ordered 4 lights and only received 2.. I either want the other two lights or a refund.

Another typical chinese company that can't be trusted. Ordered some lights that should've arrived weeks ago, and using their 'app' it says "Order Placed"... not shipped or out for delivery, no... no tracking info given. I would think their communication would be better if they had a stock shortfall and products were on back-order, but no, not a word from them. Contacted them via their website last week and still nothing heard.

We purchased two expensive ($1,000 AUD order) pendant lights a month ago with a supposed delivery time of 9-15 days. We downloaded the shop app which is supposed to show tracking but simply says "order placed ". We have written countless emails to zalap and received zero response. Extremely disappointing and starting to think that this is a scam.
