I cannot believe the difference in the way I feel since taking Zafira after 2-3 weeks. The sleepiness is gone during the day and I actually feel like myself. I purchased this product to help restart my weight loss progress on GLP-1. The first dose I took gave me severe abdominal pain to the point of nausea. I started a GLP-1 a little over 3 months ago. I started a GLP-1 to aid in lowering my A1C as I was diabetic, this brought on a bout of depression.
