I requested a refund and was told another department would get back to me in 5-7 business days. I have been kept waiting more than 30 days by "Lisa" who has the time to write long e-mails about why my request is delayed but apparently will not just issue the refund according to their stated refund policy. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I assume these scammers will push people off until they forgot they are waiting for a refund!

This company is a scam! Buyer Beware!! Customer service will NOT give you a refund to honor their guarantee! They tell you their refund department will get back to...then crickets! They stop responding to your request! IT'S A SCAM!!!

**** Update*** Still a joke, they are sooo full of it. I have a screen shot from "Sarah" that says my refund was with a teammate on June 25th. That was well within the 60 days. And today "Lisa responded to the email I sent at this reviews request. Michelle, I hear you and I am truly sorry for the back-and-forth you've experienced. I have all the emails from the "Clockwork Morning Check-in, thought out the process telling them it wasn't working and I stuck with it at their request.

I know this isn't the answer you were looking for, but I have to stand by our policy. I wish you the best.

This company is a joke and the customer service is Horrible. I requested the return within the correct time frame and they kept telling me they had passed it on, they kept pushing me out until the date for refund passed and told me I was out of luck. I have all my emails to prove my requests.

Should be ZERO stars since I received ZERO product.
Paid money, order never arrived.
Told them over and over again. They dont care.
SCAM COMPANY

Very poor communication. Still waiting for answers after weeks of not receiving my order. Tracking reveals it was returned to them still waiting to find out if it’s being reshipped. At this point I just want my money back

My order never arrived. They say someone will contact you in 5 to 7 days, that never happens. Looks like I've lost my money.

GLP-1 SOS is a very poor company to deal with. I ordered their product during May 2026. BY the end of July 2026, I still had received nothing. In the interim, I emailed at least four times to complain. Every time, I was told that someone would look into this and get back to me within 5 to 7 business days. This never happened. I asked that a new order be placed and overnighted to me. No response. Finally, I asked that my order be cancelled and my credit card refunded. Once again, no response. Do not buy any products from this company.

Have a phone number that is readable and gets answered. Tried several times
and it just kept ringing. I am not pleased with this product and I can't seem to cancel it. Feels like a TOTAL RIPOFF to me or maybe they just want to cheat seniors

I have been trying to cancel my subscription through their support email and just keep getting the run around. They tell me to submit my email to receive a link to a “magic portal” that will allow me to cancel. I have yet to receive any such link. When I ask again, I’m told to change browsers or folders….did not work. The support person told me she can’t manually cancel for me. It must be done through the magic portal link by me.
Putting the responsibility on the customer to cancel and then refusing access to any ability to actually cancel is against the law. This company is fraudulent.

I asked for a return label several times went through the proper channels and still no label ! The pills do not work they are junk ! I want my money back ! They guarantee money back but they won’t send a label !

I purchased their product and they signed me up for a subscription without my permission. I called them after I received 3 bottles of the stuff I did not want. They said to cancel my subscription on their web site. The cancellation portion of their web site does not work. Don't use this company. They are crooks.
