Scam scam scam AVOID

You will lose your money! Spotify Premium and Canva only work for a short time and offer zero customer service. I have now reported this company as a fraud and will be actively chasing a refund through my card issuer. Please don't waste your time and money!!!!

Avoid like the plague. Service is completely zero now. Won't respond to any messages. Spotify has been off for months now. Don't waste your money. I've paid for a renewal and they never set it up. Scam scam scam

absolute fraudulent ,me and my wife have paid for two subscriptions which are now not working , contacted many times to sort out and just getting ignored

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, all advertising states all purchases are 100% guaranteed, this is a lie.
I had no issues with an annual subscription to Spotify previously, it worked flawlessly on my own account for the duration. This time round, as many of the other reviews show Spotify have clamped down on the loophole this company were using. The method as I understand it was they were setting people's locations and paying with details in Egypt where Spotify is cheaper.
Spotify have combated this with a simple location check and downgraded any accounts that do not match the location in their profile.
Although there is a guarantee on each sale, I have been left for 3 months without any resolution, very little communication and shave basically now been ignored after requesting a refund, which again is always offered on all purchases.
There was a generic message sent out offering a measly 3% discount code due to the issues which also stated all affected accounts would be fixed within a week, this was 6 weeks ago
Great service when it works but these cowboys will not deliver on any of their promises of anything goes wrong

Worked ok for a while

The Spotify account worked for a while but recently the premium has gone away, they fixed it once but after a day it was gone again. Their replies on WhatsApp are very bad, they use an AI to reply to you so you can't get through to a person. Now I've not had premium for multiple weeks , I've filled out their repair form loads of times still no help.

I wouldn't recommend buying , it seems they can't provide the proper service anymore.

Was working okay for a while

Was working okay for a while. Bit the last few months premium accounts for Spotify and YouTube are not working anymore. They say they working on a solution but so far still not working. I hope to prove that I am wrong. Thank you

en 3 años siempre ha funcionado perfectamente. de repente se cayeron las cuenta de spotify, me proporciono otras 2 nuevas, que al poco tiempo dejaron de funcionar. puesto en contacto con el me ha devuelto el importe proporcional al tiempo que faltaba. esperare a que spotify deje de dar de baja las cuentas y volvere a hacer la suscripcion con el. es serio y honrado.

Compré capcut pro un viernes por la mañana y lo recibí el domingo por la tarde. Lo compras porque lo necesitas, al momento. No 2 días más tarde.

Mejoren el servicio post venta y les doy 5 estrellas

AVOID THIS SCAMMING COMPANY …

On my first review I gave them the benefit of doubt on the issues they had with subscriptions after they fixed my problem, but after being shut off again after 1 week they have pretty much blanked me on all correspondence. They only give updates (excuses) now on a WhatsApp channel (which you cannot reply to) on how they're sorting the issues out. They'll tell you to fill out forms for a refund but you still won't get your money back. I paid for 2 subscriptions to Spotify nearly 3 months ago, and only had 2 weeks worth of usage. And they've still got the nerve to advertise the product on their social media platforms. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Absolute scammers!!

Left a comment on here before the guy replied implying he has tried to sort my refund. I have emailed him back with all the details so I'll leave another negative feedback and let's see if he and the company do provide a refund.

Spotify worked until it didn't!
The first time they fixed it and it lasted a few weeks. This time it's taking a while to fix. I guess they're doing their best and have offered refunds. I feel they should concentrate on fixing existing accounts, instead of selling new accounts.
We will see how this pans out.

Servicio postventa inexistente

Esta web ya no es lo que era. Su servicio de spotify directamente no funciona asi que ni se te ocurra contratarlo. Soy cliente de hace varios años y nunca habia tenido problemas. Pero no contrates spotify porque no funciona. Llevo intentando contactar con ellos desde primeros de Mayo y aun no me han solucionado nada. Les he enviado un email este lunes dia 18 y todavia sigo esperando una respuesta.

ACTUALIZACION: a dia de hoy 30 Mayo llevo casi 1 mes sin servicio de spotify y sigo sin obtener ninguna respuesta. Ni a traves de whtasapp, mail ni por esta via. Y su puntuacion media bajando peligrosamente en trustpilot. No contrates ningun servicio en esta web!

No response / No customer service

Got a family spotify subscription been over a month and still able to add members to the account.
Customer service does not exist, filled out several support forms, several emails but no reply not even once in over a month, absolutely terrible customer service..
I can appreciate there may be issues but all I'm asking for is some sort of response, update or something.

Spotify cancelado 3 veces y sigo sin reembolso.

Pagué una cuenta Premium para 1 año y, apenas dos semanas después, me la cancelaron. Tras varios días sin solución, me ofrecieron una cuenta Familiar “como compensación”, pero a los 10 días volvió a ser cancelada.

En ese momento solicité el reembolso… y nunca llegó.

A día de hoy sigo esperando el reembolso. Ya no responden ni correos ni WhatsApp. Además, tuve que abandonar mi cuenta de Spotify de toda la vida para usar las alternativas que ellos mismos me ofrecían y que igualmente acababan canceladas.

Ahora mismo he pasado más tiempo sin servicio que disfrutándolo. Solo quiero recuperar mi dinero. Una vergüenza total.

They don't reply.

For the last 6 weeks I've tried contacting them as their system failed. Only auto reply and that's it. It's been a hit or miss with this system and they send new details but then of it goes again. This time seems they have given up.

Was great while it worked...

Had this from early 2025 and was so pleased with it I added another year in Janaury this year...it was then that it all started going wrong in March...I'd not even got 2 months into the new subscription and suddenly I lost Premium. I'm quite patient so I gave them a chance to fix it and eventually I was added onto someone elses family account (Which I didnt mind as it kept my original user profile intact with all my playlists).
This lasted all of one week and I lost Premium again as the main account I was added to must have been shut down by Spotify - that was on April 21 and I havent heard anything since other than the automated Bot replies via Whatsapp... I dont want a refund or any of that - I just want what I paid for and I still have between 10 and 11 months of Premium that I am entitled to... I cant even run the service using a VPN set to Egypt cos my car settings wont function using a VPN so as thats the place I use Spotify most, its left me in limbo with no one answering emails or whatsapp...not happy
