Yowos customer service, return grantee and products are unsatisfactory. I ordered their product and the delivery time was over a month to ship from their location in Huizhou, China. Their return guarantee only covers products broken in the shipping process even though their returns page states otherwise. Their products are flimsy, break upon assembly, are non-returnable and scratch easily.

The customer service. The screws I received were wrong; they sent new ones right away. Then one of the separating bars was too short abd three new ones were sent out right away.
I appreciated the assistance and the product!

My third purchase of a rotating bookcase resulted in a need to contact Yowos for a replacement. It was actually a pleasant experience, my issue was acknowledged, and the replacement sent quickly.

Like the product. Need better graphics showing how to assemble the bookcase. I had to go to the internet to get better illustrations about how to assemble and the correct sides to put on the outside of the bookcase.

they are perfect. I ordered 2 rotating bookshelves one for personal reading and one for my studio for my art books. They take of very little space and hold a ton of books. Like I said they are perfect for my needs.

I had such a great experience with YOWOS from start to finish. Not only is the shelf beautifully designed and very unique, but it’s also incredibly versatile — I was able to style it in both my kids’ room for books and toys, and in my creative workspace where I keep meaningful decor and items that inspire me.

What really stood out to me was the customer service. I had a small issue when ordering my second shelf with the discount code, and the team followed up promptly and made sure everything was resolved. That level of care and attention truly makes a difference.

It’s clear that YOWOS values both their product quality and their customers. I’m very happy with my purchase and look forward to continuing to use and share their pieces in our home.

Wow! It was easy to put together! I was kind of dreading it, but the instructions were very clear! It looks beautiful! The first one was so good, we ordered a second one!

This orange display shelf is stunning! genuinely surprised by how high quality it feels. shipping was super quick too. it really pops in the corner of my room, obsessed with the color.

This is my second bookcase. They’re both quite easy to assemble, and as useful as advertised. One small complaint: on the second bookcase, the top shelf holes were drilled in the wrong places. Still, the assembly is incredibly strong, and even with four missing screws, I’m not too worried about failure. Highly recommended.

Easy to put together, holds lots of books, helpful for those with lots of books and not a lot if space.

I bought the Meridian 6-tier rotating organizers. I had the wall mounted book shelves and they made my den so dark looking. These rotating organizers just opened up the room and made it brighter. Love them.

Engaging with my attorney due to this scam. Ordered 2 shelves in August, never arrived till September end, though Fedex showed delivered. After weeks of back and forth, they offered 60% discount. Asked to file a claim and Fedex denied the claim. Later, with my effort and honesty, I located the packages after chasing the drivers and Fedex. I reported to Yowos as they promised a 40% remaining refund due to this hassle. I opened the packages and found most parts missing. But, they tortured me to send photos, and even when I sent them plus videos, they did not agree to refund or pick up the returns. As an elderly woman, I told them I cannot carry and ship the returns. Also, it was a gift and the timing was missed badly. They had no courtesy and did not refund the remaining yet. I contacted my bank, consumer agencies regarding their scam.

The square shelves are great for books, much better than theround one I had before. Assembly was simple, and I like that it's lightweight and rotates easily.

I ordered a walnut 47.2” desk from Yowos for $79, which was advertised as in stock with a limited quantity. Shortly after purchasing, the company emailed me saying the desk was “sold out” and “discontinued,” and that I could only get it if I paid a much higher price.

They also told me I’d need to pay for express shipping and the price difference for what they called a “new version” of the desk, even though the situation was entirely caused by their own mistake, not mine.

When I checked their website again, the same desk was still listed and available to add to cart just now priced at $299 instead of $79.

Even though I was refunded, the situation felt deceptive as if they used a low price to attract orders and then canceled them to resell the product at a higher price. This experience has made me lose trust in the company, and I would advise others to be very cautious before ordering.

After my original review, Yowos reached out about a month later. They had already refunded my order, but offered to send me a black desk as a goodwill gesture since the walnut one I ordered was “no longer available”. I appreciate that they eventually followed up, and the replacement arrived safely. I’m glad they made an effort to fix it, but I hope they’re clearer with customers going forward.

The bookshelf arrived quickly, but putting it together was a bit of a project - there were a lot of parts and it took more time than I anticipated.
