No private room supplied for venus draw. Bloods were taken in front of gym reception where everyone could see. 10% discount offered a few times to which I stated from the off I didn't want. Refused 50% refund several times. Arm was black as ink for nearly 3 weeks, bruised beyond belief. Slow in response to messages. Fobbed off to the hilt several times. Will never use this company again. Unhygienic also. 0/10 (Durham)

After waiting to weeks with no response, I reached out to inquire and the customer rep told me I was being rude and entitled for no reason. It was the worst customer service I have ever had.

Amazing!
Both me and my husband have bought blood tests froth Youth Revisited. My husbands test came back so quickly and were so easy to understand with the notes you get back.
My sample unfortunately got lost by royal mail and when I sent a message to let them know, they very quickly organised for a new sample to be taken at no extra cost.
They have been so easy to get in contact with which has been a big problem with previous companies.
They will have my continued business for all private health services!

Test results back the next day with clear outline what each marker means. Customer service were also extremely quick at responding also. I have used other labs but I’ve definitely had the best service from youth revisited.
