The swimsuits are amazing. I have 2 of them and Will keep ordering in the future. I also had a very positive experience with customer service who was very polite and helpful!!!

I’ve had 5 youswim bikinis or swimsuits now. I keep coming back because the fit is so good and I love them so much when they’re new and I guess I was in denial/ endlessly hopeful about the horrible quality but EVERY SINGLE ONE has (very quickly) lost its shape, the stitching comes loose in big patches and they are instantly ruined. It’s sad because they’re beautiful and expensive and they promise long life as you body changes, you imagine you’ll have them forever. But you won’t. You’ll have them for like 6months, 1 year if you’re lucky. I honestly took such good care of them, followed all of the care instructions religiously especially after my first one broke. It’s sad but it’s true. They don’t stand the test of time. The fabric is poorly made and comes apart. Look elsewhere. LOVES this brand’s values so much but unfortunately the product doesn’t live up to them.

The youswim team was SO responsive and helpful. They were so accommodating of an issue I was having with one of my suits. I will be a return customer ALWAYS.

Not only does youswim have the best swimsuits (great styles, super comfortable, and make me feel confident) but their customer service is phenomenal also. The price is definitely worth it. Love my suit so much.

No communication regarding a return since receiving an initial response asking me to confirm which items had been returned. I returned 2 items 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received my refund despite emailing to ask for an update and providing proof of postage and confirmation of items returned.

Why is it taking so long to issue a refund and why have you stopped responding to my emails despite me responding with the required information almost immediately?? Won’t be buying from You Swim again…terrible service.

I inquired about a suit I’ve had for a couple years that was thinning in spots and received a prompt reply with apologies AND the offer of a replacement suit, on the house!!! I have been contemplating buying a new suit and I am over the moon to not have to spend that money, though these suits are truly worth every penny!!

i don’t even know where to start. number one these bathing suits are incredible, i own four. the sizing the material the quality are all outstanding. beyond that you swim has the BEST customer services i’ve ever experienced. shout out to jake. could not recommend them enough.

I am 71 years old and I haven’t worn a bathing suit in several years. I wanted to try this and see what all the hype was about. I was pleasantly surprised with how well it fit (even my husband said I look “hot“) and more importantly, how well it felt. It’s super comfortable!

I bought 3 You Swim bathing suits earlier this year for pool use. They lasted less than 20 swims for 1 hour each in a magnesium swimming pool and yes I followed washing and care instructions. It is correct that the company was responsive and replaced all 3 suits...but they also told me this was rare when in fact it seems many people have suffered the same experience as me. When I contacted YS to say my replacement suits were also disintegrating, I got no response. I loved the fit, the feel, the colours and company inclusivity but these suits are simply not suitable for swimming in chlorine or magnesium pools. I feel duped. The company continues to market new colours and styles but hasn't addressed the issue that they are unsuitable for pool swimming.

I reached out via email about an issue with my swimsuit that almost had me in tears. I was pleasantly surprised to get an email back within 24 hours (most companies take days, if ever). Jake was SO kind and helped resolve my concerns/issues instantly. This is an amazing company. I sometimes worry about spending so much on clothes/swimsuits but when customer service is this good, you realize why it's important.

Love my two YouSwim bathing suits, they are so flattering and come in great colours. Had an issue with the fabric stretching on one after just over a year of use, I contacted the company and they sent me a new suit as soon as I informed them of the issue I had.

Customer service was very helpful and quick at communicating! I love my youswim bathing suit and upon having an issue to it, it was able to be quickly resolved. I would recommend this brand to anyone looking for a comfortable and flattering bathing suit

The previous bathing suits I bought stretched out in a way that made them unwearable. The company sent me a replacement suit.

The bathing suit fits great. However, after wearing it for only one summer, the seam of the bottom broke and the elastic was visible. I’d always been very careful with wearing and washing the suit, so I send an email to customer service. Their respond was within three working days and they wanted to send a new piece. I thought I would only receive a new bottom, but they sent a whole new suit!
