AVOID - SCAM: They will supply you with a car with existing damage and then accuse you of the damage. Do not use.

Die Abholung am Flughafen war pünktlich, die Mitarbeiter bei der Übergabe waren sehr nett und der Ablauf war schnell und unkompliziert – das war allerdings der einzige positive Punkt.
Bei der Rückgabe wurde uns sofort ein etwa 1 mm großer Steinschlag in der Windschutzscheibe vorgehalten und gefragt, ob wir Fotos von der Übernahme gemacht hätten. Wir hatten Fotos gemacht, der Steinschlag war aber so klein, dass er darauf nicht erkennbar war. Daraufhin wurde unsere gesamte Kaution von 1150 Euro einbehalten.
Die Kalkulation kam erst nach fünf Wochen und beläuft sich auf 1400 Euro.Die komplette Windschutzscheibe soll nach deren Angabe ausgetauscht werden. Diese Art der Abrechnung erscheint uns unverhältnismäßig, intransparent und wie eine gezielte Geldmacherei. Wir werden nie wieder bei diesem Anbieter mieten und warnen andere Kunden dringend vor möglichen unseriösen Abrechnungspraktiken.

After renting a vehicle from UAB “Your Rent LT”, a sum of €895.70 was charged from my payment card for alleged damages, without any objective evidence or substantiated damage assessment being provided, which I consider potentially inconsistent with fair commercial practice and consumer protection requirements.

Pire expérience de location de ma vie. L'agence de Malaga a mis en place un système mafieux bien rodé pour vous extorquer de l'argent et vous forcer à prendre leur assurance hors de prix.
​Voici leur technique (nous avons les preuves bancaires) :
1️⃣ L'épuisement : Navette absente à l'aéroport, puis attente interminable à l'agence avec une seule personne au comptoir pour gérer une file immense. Le but ? Vous épuiser pour que vous cédiez.
2️⃣ Le chantage : Arrivés au comptoir avec notre famille (sans avoir mangé), nous refusons poliment leur assurance complémentaire car nous sommes déjà couverts.
3️⃣ L'escroquerie à la carte bancaire : L'agent fait passer la pré-autorisation de la caution de 3 500 € sur ma carte. La transaction est ACCEPTÉE. Et là, sous nos yeux, l'agent annule la transaction de son propre chef 2 minutes plus tard !
4️⃣ Le faux prétexte : Il invente alors une fausse règle (absente des conditions générales) exigeant 6 mois de validité sur la carte pour refuser de nous donner les clés. Il a ensuite refusé la carte de mon épouse (qui était "valide" selon sa fausse règle) ainsi que ma carte d'entreprise. Le but est clair : faire annuler la réservation pour relouer notre minibus 9 places plus cher à d'autres clients.
5️⃣ Les menaces et la violence psychologique : Ayant compris l'arnaque, j'ai exigé un papier prouvant qu'il refusait de me louer le véhicule (pour m'éviter des frais de "non-présentation"). L'agent a refusé et m'a menacé de faire venir la police pour me mettre les menottes et me coller 200€ d'amende si je ne quittais pas l'agence ! Mes enfants étaient terrorisés et en pleurs au milieu de la pièce.
​C'est finalement NOUS qui avons dû insister pour faire intervenir la police pour faire constater ce refus de vente illégal. Nous avons dû louer une autre voiture en urgence ailleurs.
​Ces gens ne sont pas des loueurs, ce sont des escrocs qui profitent de la vulnérabilité des touristes. Un dossier complet a été transmis à la Répression des fraudes espagnole (Consumo), à la DGCCRF, au CEC et au Guide du Routard.

n April 2026, I rented a Toyota Yaris Cross at Vilnius Airport. Upon completion of the rental, the vehicle was returned to the designated location, the keys were left as instructed, and photographs were taken at 2:05 PM clearly showing no visible damage or deformations to the car.

However, at 2:27 PM, Wheego employees provided a video in which a scratch on the hood of the vehicle was visible. Following this, a deposit of €1200 was deducted from my credit card for the alleged damage.

It is important to note that a complaint has been filed with the State Consumer Rights Protection Service, and legal proceedings have been initiated, with supporting documentation submitted.

Please exercise caution when dealing with this company.

Excellent almost new vehicle which was a group higher than I'd booked.
The length of time required to get the vehicle and also to drop it off again was frustrating, which I think was due to the limited number of staff.
Also, the vehicle was very dirty on collection, due to the vehicles being kept outside and there had been 'dirty'rain

Two small blemishes on the car when I returned it and I was charged over €1,000!
I felt cheated and would never consider renting from them again.

First time I work with yourrent and definitely I'll do it again. No hassle at all picking up the car or returning it. Very helpfull and on time to collect us from airport. The location is very close to the airport and handy when returning.

All very good service as usual, only down points to record was a long wait time at the airport despite calling them directly as leaving passport control - call answered stated 6-7 mins, more like 20-25, plus car itself was pretty badly damaged all down one side by previous renters

This company will lie to you and then charge you or refuse to refund your deposit - you have been warned!!!

We recently hired a vehicle from Your Rent and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

During the rental, the vehicle broke down and would not start. At the time, we were clearly advised that charges would only apply if the issue was caused by user error. If the fault was mechanical or electrical, we would not be charged. Based on what happened, this was clearly not due to any misuse and appeared to be an electrical fault.

Despite this, we have since been told we are being charged €320 for vehicle replacement, administration, and towing — which we strongly dispute as we never even had our vehicle towed!!!

What is particularly concerning is that we were informed a refund had already been processed to our account, which was clearly not true. No refund had been received, and this raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the information being provided.

We have requested evidence to support their conclusions, including any diagnostic reports, but nothing has been provided so far.

A breakdown can happen with any vehicle, but the way this situation has been handled — both in terms of communication and accountability — has been very poor.

Flight was delayed by 2 hours so they cancelled my booking!
Would reinstate only if I took out their premium insurance.
Would not use again and definitely not recommend.

The car itself was great and clean. Yes the car itself was cheap €25 for a week - HOWEVER, in the fine print they charge you €160 for FUEL!!! It comes full and you take back empty which is fair enough but i had a small aygo X and when i put €20 from fuel light being on it went up to nearly a full tank. This is just a ripoff and should he advertised more clearly. Luckily enough i had the extra money this time but what if i didnt?! Or you could pay €35 per day for the extra insurance so you didnt have to leave a €900 deposit incase of accident. Then they wouldnt charge you the €160 for fuel.

Professional scammers! Never renting here again. They stole my money which was supposed to be refunded. €123,01!!
