Shocking service
Communication from the start has been shocking. First time I signed up they didn’t turn up on the date expected to clean but still got charged. Chased for a refund and organised a different clean day. Second time didn’t do all I asked for. Rang and complained. 3rd time didn’t turn up again and got charged. Still waiting for a refund after a week. I’ve emailed and nothing. Cancelled my cleans now and I’ll look for someone reliable.

I've never had any problems with these. Lads turn up and get the job done and billing has been fine, contacted by Joshua and a follow up message at the end. I've a 3 story house so not easy to do but the job gets done.

Would have scored 5 but came quite late in the day.This isnt Joshua's fault as his first time on the job at my location and did a diligent job.I've been used to the company doing the windows before 11am not after 1pm but they must have had a busy schedule yesterday maybe in this warm weather period we are having.

I can't recommend David Taylor highly enough!
After initially receiving a text to say my windows were due to be cleaned and, unfortunately, no one turned up, I got in touch and the appointment was quickly rearranged without any hassle.
When David arrived, he was absolutely brilliant. He was professional from start to finish, incredibly friendly, and made the time to have a chat while getting the job done. It's refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service as well as doing an excellent job.
The windows have been cleaned to a very high standard, and David's positive attitude and approachable nature really stood out. He clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows in the results.
If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy window cleaner who delivers excellent service with a smile, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David Taylor. I'll definitely be using his services again. Thank you, David – keep up the fantastic work!

The team are worth it and usually contact with a time slot. I weren't able to close the window because of the heat and they still did the job.

Avoid entirely.
I've been with Your Local in Harrogate since they were PureShine, the job was never particularly great, but they were reasonably priced, did the job quickly, and came regularly.
Recently, I have nothing good to say. The windows are regularly left streaky and poorly cleaned, their online portal is useless and achieves nothing but harvesting data, and now they're repeatedly trying to bill me despite never turning up.
I have tried to deal with this billing issue and cancel with them through the online portal, I have sent multiple emails to every address I can find, and called every number I can find multiple times, and I can't get through to anyone. Meanwhile I'm getting regular texts and emails telling me my bill for a service I never received is overdue.
Avoid like the plague and go elsewhere.
