David who is the Manager personally came out to my house to measure the room for the carpets and new bed etc. He couldn’t have been more accommodating. All of the new items purchased are fantastic and the comfortability of the bed is amazing.

He visited again once everything had been fitted to make sure it was all correct and we were happy.

Not being local to Your Home Furniture, this was my first purchase from them and it turned out to be an excellent experience from start to finish. I was kept informed throughout the lead time, there was always someone there to pick up the phone if I had a query and without exception I found everyone very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Recently purchased two recliners and a two seater settee. The salesman took his time to explain all the features available on the recliners and at no time were we pressurised. The showroom is very well presented with a good variety of choice and we have since returned to purchase two kitchen bar chairs. Excellent service, thank you.

Tumbled across this shop by accident. Great experience, Excellent knowledgable 'non pushy' sales staff. Ordered 2 recliners Tuesday lunchtime. Requested that they be built prior to delivery (no A levels in DIY!). 'Not a problem we will deliver, (some 17 miles distant) on Friday OK?'
Two very amiable and polite guys arrived as promised, placed in situ, plumbed the electrics in, demonstrated how to drive them, and departed with a cheery goodbye! Spot on! Would definitely recommend.

We were really pleased with our recent purchase of a two seat recliner and two single seats. The quality of the product was excellent. Buying local was also important and remains an attractive option going forward, such was the quality of service offered by 'Your Home' .

After a long time looking, I finally found not 1 but 2 sofas to choose from that I loved. With help from the amazing staff, we choose, and now have our sofas. The staff have the right level of helpfulness and attentiveness, but still give you space to come to your decision. Can’t recommend this shop enough!
