Second purchase I placed I ordered different colour bar stools from original. Git a phone call from the business to check - thank goodness as I ordered wrong colour, that phone call from the business saved me money and hassle. V much appreciated.

We bought two leather recliner chairs from Your Home. Rob could not do enough for us. He sourced the exact chairs we wanted and then assembled them for us, at no extra charge. He then drove 2 1/2hrs to deliver them to us on a day and time that suited us. This is our second order from Your Home Furniture and the service we received was outstanding. The showroom is well stocked so you can sit on the sofas, rather than trying to decide from an online photo. All the staff members are exceptionally helpful, without being at all pushy, very knowledgeable about the products and friendly. We were given a warm welcome and gratefully received a hot drink. The sofas were delivered with great care and with respect for our property and they arrived sooner than expected, which was a nice surprise. We have recommended the company to so many friends and family and it is great to be able to buy from a local firm who really cares about its customers. We will be back! Thank you to you all for such a pleasant and positive experience again.

This is an exceptional furniture shop run by exceptional people. I fitted out my new house with a superior super comfortable sofa / sofa bed / bed mattress / marble dining table and bench unit / accent chair / sideboard / tv unit. High quality goods at extremely competitive price points, delivered and assembled by a local firm. People who you get to know and who understand your requirements. Not some anonymous warehouse in a place you've never heard of. The Your Home Furniture customer service is second to none - even after ordering something and then changing my mind, there was no problem. The unflappable and ever positive Harry provided customer service above and beyond expectations - as did the rest of the team: Rob, Dave, Gillian & Paul. I'd highly recommend this shop to all.

First time buyer from Your Home and it's been an amazing experience. Saw their 2 Day Sale advertised and went to look. From looking at the various sofas and being advised by Harry, there was no pushy sales just information.
We ordered Friday was delivered Wednesday and included the chair which was on a 4- 12 weeks delivery!
The delivery team were brilliant, took the old one apart and out. Brought in the new one. Friendly and got on with the job.

Had the lovely Harry help me and organise an order for a full new set of dining chairs, answering loads of questions as I wasn't able to see the chairs in person. He both provided the best price and service to kick things off. I also spoke to a lovely lady, which I didn't catch the name of, as well as David when FedEx decided to split up the order into 2 different deliveries. All of the team were excellent and really quick to answer question.
