I adore this website, the variety of magazines they have is amazing. I’m a huge Lady Gaga & Pedro Pascal fan, anytime I need a new magazine with either of them on the covers I come straight to this website as I know they will have it. Once in stock the shipping is super fast and everything is packaged with care. The customer service is also excellent. They take the time to listen and reach out. I highly recommend Your Celebrity Magazines to everyone!! A+++++++ also a magazine I ordered had some small damage to it the team reached out via email before shipping and let me know and asked if I still wanted it, I did and they gave me a voucher too. Honestly such a wonderful experience overall! A+++++

Commande rapide mais je n'ai jamais reçu mon colis après plus d'un mois d'attente. Ils envoient un message pour dire qu'ils me renvoient l'article puis, le lendemain, un mail pour retourner leur veste et le produit est soit-disant en rupture de stock... Ils me proposent un produit qui n'a rien à voir ou d'être mise sur une liste d'attente au cas ou le produit commandé serait à nouveau disponible (ce qui n'est pas sûr)

Edit: l'article est de nouveau disponible mais beaucoup plus cher que quand je l'ai acheté. Il est passé de 25/30£ à 40/50£.

I originally ordered two magazines, however there was a shipping issue with one of my orders. This was very quickly resolved with their customer service team who provided great support and communication. I later received my second magazine and both arrived in amazing condition, they look as good as new and are perfect for any magazine collector. I couldn’t recommend this company enough as their products are high quality and the staff are very supportive towards all customers.

I accidentally ordered 3 of the same magazines and I only got 2 of them they arrived after 4-5 days after i placed the order I contacted them about the 3th one the was missing they said it might have gotten lost in the mail and id get a refund few days later I didn’t see the refund in my bank account so I emailed them again and now this said my last order was allegedly shipped on the 31st of March but it still hasn’t arrived so I’m gonna give them 3 stars

Ordered on October 10th, the magazine arrived on October 31st after contacting the customer service multiple times. Jonny, Megan and Lucy helped me to get through this, I’m glad they helped me.

I don’t think I have disliked a company more than this one. I returned a magazine using the return address on the website.

Then I asked for a refund to an event, but apparently I didn’t reply.

Please take your money somewhere.

Avoid at all costs

I was looking for a Rolling Stone UK magazine that was quite difficult to find. I was able to pre-order it on Your Celebrity Magazines; I expected to have to wait may be a few weeks, because they had to restock first, but the magazine arrived within 10 days, in very good condition! Definitely recommended!

So far I’ve made two purchases by Your Celebrity Magazines. One of which included a shipment notification with a tracking code, arriving without any complications and in great condition. The other order unfortunately didn’t–originally–include the same treatment but after reaching out to the customer service, Megan provided me with the link to track this package. The response I received was friendly and helpful.

One of the three magazines had a slight damage to the cover which might’ve happened in shipment, even with the neatly wrapped package that has thick cardboard inside. Unfortunate but nothing that could dim my excitement for receiving this particular magazine that I couldn’t seem to get anywhere else.

The pricing is a bit on the more expensive side, some magazines going for a lot more than the original retail price. Same goes for the shipping, definitely on the pricier side, yet seemed completely worth it for the copies I now have in my collection that were unavailable here in the Netherlands. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again once my eyes fall on another amazing piece!

So the copy I bought was inflated in price and came in rather poor condition.

Nicks on the edges, a piece of the binding flaking off where text should be, and the paper was oddly wavy suggesting to me there might have been some damp where it was stored.

I’m only giving this website 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the copy came and wasn’t delayed.

I know I’m harsh with picking out the condition of my copy but when you pay way more than retail price for a magazine you can commonly pick up (just to secure a copy in case of scalpers) I expect way better condition than what it arrived to me in.

I have made a few orders to Your Celebrity Magazines now and they have been excellent. They are a little more expensive than there competitors but they package the magazines really well to ensure they arrive in good condition. Recent order they didn't have the specific issue I had ordered and gave me options but managed to source it from a supplier and they kept me up to date, can't fault Jonny's customer service at all, communication was excellent. Highly recommended and happy to support a small business
