Complaint Regarding Non-Delivery of Order #151246
I placed an order on 23 November for the Vogue UK magazine with diary (£15), order number #151246, and I have still not received it.
This was meant to be a Christmas present for my daughter, which makes the lack of delivery even more disappointing.
What’s worse is that I have filled out the company’s contact form multiple times and have been completely ignored. No response, no explanation, nothing. Being treated this way as a paying customer is unacceptable.
I’m extremely disappointed by both the service and the lack of communication, and honestly quite shocked that no one has taken the time to respond or resolve this.
At this point, I would expect either the item to be delivered immediately or a full refund.

We’re really sorry to read this and completely understand how upsetting it must be, especially as this was meant to be a Christmas present for your daughter. We’re also very sorry that you felt ignored. That’s not the experience we want any customer to have.
After reviewing our records and delivery history for order #151246, the courier tracking shows the package was marked as delivered, with GPS tracking. That said, we understand how frustrating this situation is, and given the circumstances, we will be issuing you a full refund.
Our customer service team will be in touch directly to confirm this and ensure everything is sorted as quickly as possible. We’re genuinely sorry for the disappointment this has caused and appreciate your patience while we resolve it.
Very slow service
Ordered on 20th November, I understand it’s coming from the US so it may take longer. Firstly had to email to get the tracking. The tracking hasn’t updated since December 8th. I’ve received one response from the company since the 8th too, after emailing numerous times. The email offered no resolution or help, and I’m still waiting on a reply.

Fast delivery and great packaging
I ordered from germany and the delivery was really fast. I was especially happy with the packaging, which made sure the magazine arrived without the slightest dent and in perfect shape.

Ordered a magazine with ozzy on the front .didn’t expect it to arrive ripped .i asked to return it to be told they don’t do returns as they can’t guarantee that magazine printed in mass production are of perfect quality.dont waste your money ordering with these people .

Erst gab’s Ärger (mein Magazin kam total zerkratzt an), aber nach ein paar Mails und etwas Geduld hat sich der Kundenservice wirklich gekümmert und mir ein Ersatzheft versprochen, und zwar ohne Zusatzkosten. Das finde ich fair und bin gespannt, wie das neue Heft aussieht. Danke für die Mühe!

Awful bashed up items, rude replies
Awful bashed up - three times the price magazine - overinflated price. Wouldn't provide return label to get refund. Just totally ignored me. Terrible products, terrible service. I want my money back, please give me my money back. Would never use again... avoid at all costs.
