I have riden 240 miles. Lost rear brakes completely with no way to top up fluid.
Yoto Bike does not supply anything on owner Maintenance.
The brake system has No branding or model and bike shops won’t help because of Electronics.
Waiting for an email response from seller.
Don’t ever expect a phone call to help you.

Yotobike Support has ignored all of my emails. Until they provide some type of support to customers I would suggest you don’t buy from them.

Don’t buy from this company I purchased a cargo bike and the battery came damaged and it’s been 2 weeks since it arrived and no one single person has contacted me I’ve already tried many many times and this company is a scam please avoid this company at all cost

Do not buy from Yotobike, they do not honor their warranty. My rear drive 1000w motor broke on my Leopard Pro and they have not sent me any replacement motor. They have stopped communicating with me on the support@yotobike email, which is the only method of communication. I was happy until about 210 miles when the motor stopped working. They began support but then they stopped all communications after several attempts at diagnosis. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The bike is having issues after 6 months and customer service has done nothing about it do not purchase from them you will be highly disappointed

I purchased my Yotobike Leopard Pro three months ago. After riding it 200 miles my rear brakes stopped working completely and front brakes are reducing in compression. It is not the Pads. A reputable bike repair shop in Chatham, MA has tried filling the fluid with No luck and said they can’t identify the replacement parts needed.

The full brake system does not have any branding or model numbers to be able to replace.
The Yoto Support team will only respond via email and they will not answer the phone and the recorded voice message is in Manderin.

I know this is only a $1500.00 product, but if bike shops won’t touch them and Support can’t supply replacement parts or model numbers it makes the cost worthless.

The last email from support is that they will send a new bike only after I pay around $500 to send the faulty unit back to California and only then will they replace the bike.

Please comment if you have any advice.

My first impression of the Yotobike Zora Master! On Monday, I received my Yotobike Zora Master! The bike was easy to put together, and it was very straightforward. Once I got the bike assembled, I took it for a ride, and boy, was that a blast! The Zora Master is a great commuter bike for riding to and from work, but it's also a fun bike to take with you to explore the outdoors. As a photographer, I think this bike will help elevate my photography and help me get around quicker to gain more opportunities for capturing photos! The Zora has a front rack that is great for strapping my camera backpack, and in addition, the rear seat can be customized into a basket to hold other items. I'm looking forward to taking the Zora on more adventures and on my next camping and fishing trips! Yotobike has a great selection of e-bikes, so check them out!

I have the YotoBike Lion Family Cargo Ebike and its an absolute power house. If you are looing for a cargo ebike that can tackle the job of hauling cargo, or just having fun riding around, the Yoto Lion is a great ebike to consider. It has a strong motor, large battery and a very beefy frame. With the floor boards on, it is reminiscent of the old Woody's with surfboards on top. I really do enjoy riding it.
