I have been with Yogamu for the past 6 months enrolled in the Ayurveda practitioner course and the knowledge that is presented is exceptional. All the mentors are highly qualified and very helpful. The Yogamu team is always available for any questions or clarifications. They really cater to the students needs and suggestions are welcomed. I am really excited and grateful to continue to learn with Yogamu.

Completed the course, the material is great but there's no chance to contact anyone. I send the required 30 min video and received no response. It took a month and tons of attempts to contact them everywhere, including Instagram. The only response I got after a month was that I need to upload the video. Did I make mistakes during the video or they just can't open it...that is unclear and there's no way to find out as it was automated response.
Live chat took me nowhere and all got were emails that my request had been passed on and that was it. All my attempts to follow up on my request took me nowhere.

Yogamu has highly skilled facilitators to pass on the age old wisdom teachings ... Such an amazing curriculum with such a great price! The teachers are very skilled to meet ur individual disposition. Ravi is very kind compassionate and dedicated and is there to help you with any administration questions or needs that may arise. I have chosen a different life path and reached out to Yogamu on November 11, 2023 and requested a refund for the Ayurvedic Practitioner Course I paid for, but have yet to start. I also sent a message regarding my legal name change. Yogamu was very quick to respond regarding the name change, but has yet to respond to the messages regarding the refund request. It is truly unfortunate that customer service proves to be of little importance to Yogamu. (I have sent another message, just to receive another generic response)

Great curriculum with amazing teachers! I’ve done few courses with Yogamu. All courses taught me great amounts of knowledge, daily practice throughout with curriculum, amazing customer supports! If you’d like to invest your precious time and $ to start or deepen your yoga journey, Yogamu is the place to start!

Ravi was amazing in helping me get on teams. He is very friendly and kind. We spoke like we were the best of friends, he made me very comfortable. He is extremely knowledgable and knew exactly how to solve my problem. I hope that if I ever need help, Ravi is there to help me again. He's wonderful!!!!

I want to thank the Yogamu staff and Ravi for such great service and being so helpful! I am enjoying my experience here at the school and have learned so much! I plan on being with the Yogamu family for the long haul and will definitely recommend the school to others seeking to gain more knowledge in Yoga and Ayurveda. Thanks again!

I love Yogamu customer service!!!! I just signed up for a class, will be signing up for a few more before the end of the week! The layout of the course seems easy to listen to! I am excited to dive into my course!!

Has anyone done the Ayurvedic Practitioner course? I had some fast replies to my email questions then suddenly nothing. Also left a msg on their US phone line but no one has returned my call.

I got to know Yogamu by reading good reviews about it, I started with the 200hr YTT, but as soon as I saw the quality of their teaching materials and their online classes I upgraded my package and I can’t find words to express how satisfied I am with them. They offer the highest quality of teaching with the most affordable price, super friendly and professional teachers and almost 24hr schedule of classes making students to join from all over the world. I am really lucky and thankful that I got to know this beautiful people and to practice my spiritual practices with them. Would recommend 10/10.

While there is vast knowledge within, it is disorganized, video quality is poor, customer(student) service is slow at best and non-responsive often. While live classes are offered they are difficult to get into, don't provide great feedback and are not user friendly in finding the correct time, I was often not let in to class, sitting in the virtual waiting room. I received more promos for signing up for more classes than I did support in receiving guidance. I felt they just wanted more money and were not providing a real service. Sending in your video for completion is confusing and poorly explained of requirements. I submitted in June and waited till November to get my certification only after having to post publicly that it was taking forever because my customer support requests went ignored. They only were quick when I posted my question via a public platform. Navigating the information was confusing and directionless, the AP classes were a joke, in random order and incomplete.
The facebook group for students was the most valuable resource as they relied on former students to suss out each others questions. Instead of recognizing repeated issues and resolving them. I was not impressed, fell for a *sale* that seems to be going on all the time, I fell for marketing. I think there is potential for them to be something great but they need to resolve some bigger issues for the student and back off on the promotions/selling. It was a great opportunity to delve into the practice and knowledge of yoga and pushed me to realize I do want a deeper knowledge and signed up for an in-person training. Which has been eye opening and scary considering that YogaMu is certifying teachers who I don't think are coming out with the skills and knowledge to safely instruct. I wasn't.

I'm just starting but this amazing group of people allow this transition for me to be easy and fun. Troubleshooting all my concerns and questions! I can't wait to start!

I have been learning with yogamu for over a year now. They have very affordable prices, offer discounts often, and their material goes in depth!
I wish I had unlimited time and energy to keep learning.
I had also a great call with project director Ravi, who supported me with a technical thing with my account and a course, and he was very nice and helpful: all things resolved and running.
Yogamu recommended 100%.

I have been working with Yogamu for years and they are always offering more and more! I never have to stop learning! Recently I have been taking another certification and can't wait to keep this journey going. Everyone is so kind and helpful. We are community of growing yogi's and yogini's.

I finished the program 1 year ago ! And have still not been able to get my certificate issued I called they don’t answer and I email and they say they’ll get back to me and never do. This was 200 hrs I spent practicing to not be able to be certified very unprofessional and should be illegal

I adore Yogamu! I started taking their 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2020, and I've been hooked ever since. They offer a plethora of live classes throughout the day, and they've recently more than doubled their offerings. I've since enrolled in all three of their major courses and several electives. The instructors are top-notch, and the support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Yogamu is like a family, and everyone is always willing to lend a hand. I highly recommend Yogamu to anyone looking to learn more about yoga or become a yoga teacher.

Yogamu is really affordable and seems good to start with however the second you need help they ignore you for (6) weeks. I have been trying to contact someone who offered to fix my problem and then when I asked why they started ignoring me they wanted to call me. I was speaking with someone on the live chat and they same thing happened. A minute or less between responses until I needed help when the courses I purchased were not showing up on my dashboard and still have not been able to talk to anyone.
