I took advantage of a black Friday offer on the 200-Hour yoga teacher training and couldn't be more pleased! The course was complete, well built, interesting and insightful. The dashboard is easy to use and to keep track of your progress. The schedule is filled with free classes and I wish I had more time to dedicate to more learning from the platform! I also received excellent and timely support from the team where needed.

I have had an amazing experience with Yogamu and its staff, especially my personal teacher, Tamlyn. I could not recommend them more highly than I already do. During the winter sale, I took a leap of faith to follow my years long dream of starting my teacher training journey. Because of Yogamu, my dream has been fulfilled!

The available learning is what keeps me coming back. I can continue to learn as I'm ready and the journey never ends. For anyone who is looking for ongoing development this is a great place. It's all online; which can make it difficult to get support at times and several emails need to be sent. There is also confusion on how to get support. But if you are independent and seeking life long learning at your own pace, this is a great place for content and price.

I had a great experience with Yogamu. The courses are comprehensive, and the support team has been outstanding. A special thank you to Akash from Student Support for the excellent assistance at the beginning of my journey, and to Gaurav for all the help and support throughout. I'm now taking more courses and upgrading to the 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Highly recommended!

I have been a long time student and have been taking courses not only to help others, but myself as well. I require accommodations and additional support (due to being a stroke/cancer survivor.) I have always felt supported through the coursework and through student services!

I have taken multiple courses with Yogamu and my experience has been great. So far I have taken the meditation teacher course and am working through the Ayurvedic Practitioner and Doctor of Ayruveda programs. All of them have been loaded with high quality educational content with teachers and doctors that want you to get a great education to help others. The customer service has been quick, kind and very helpful. I have no complaints.

Fast, reliable, helpful. I had a couple inquiries, and they were perfect. Thank you Yoga Mu. Gaurav was awesome!

I love Yogamu!!! As a former Registered Nurse,I can tell you that that classes are challenging and well versed. Gaurav is wonderfully helpful is you need to read out. I am currently working on Yoga Therapist!!! Love you Yogamu!!!

Their customer service is beyond EXCELLENT! I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Gaurav Kumar and he was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient! I am eternally grateful for his assistance!

I don’t know if any real people are behind the support@yogamu email address but I have reached out countless times about the course (soap making) I purchased only to find out it was never launched.
My requests for a refund have gone totally ignored. I’m going to report fraud to the bank and I’m so disappointed.

Having purchased a number of courses from Yogamu, I was emailed about a newly released course to how to make ayurvedic soaps, with a time limited discount of a 2-3 days.
I purchased the course before the sale ended...or so I thought.
But that wasn't the problem, because I would not have even noticed that the time-limited sale kept going for weeks later, IF the new course had been delivered.
When I followed up, after noticing that it hadn't been added to my student portal, I was told that it hadn't been launched yet - this is not what was stated in the email to sell it, nor what is stated on the website (even as of today 02/06/2026).
I've followed up by email several times, and it's all nice nice, with no name to sign off who's communicating with you, and the last email came with a promise that the course would be added to my portal last week and that the replier would personally monitor my case.
The course is still not added.
No proactive follow up.
Yesterday I requested a refund and I've had no reply back.

I put the following review on the course page, which has not been approved/published by Yogamu.

I was already questioning integrity with constant stream of emails from the 'support' email address that are selling courses.
For me the above really challenges the ethical standing of Yogamu.
I'm terribly disappointed.

I've even recommended yogamu to a couple of close friends in the past, and I will certainly not be doing so again.

The course has been on sale for 1 month, on a "time-out" sale for that same period of time, and no course has been delivered.
I purchased this course on 1st May, and today on 1st June I still have not been provided it. Been told that it has not launched yet, though email and website do not reflect this, and then told to wait...my last follow up said that it would be released and added to my student portal last week - still nothing!
This has made me question the ethical and integrity alignment of yogamu even more than I was with constantly being sent courses on time-limited sales.

Really disappointed.

Update: 17 June 2026.

Still no refund.
Finally had a conversation with a support/sales person on the website chat tool, who gave me the email for Megha (Administration) - it seems done by accident as I scrolled back up the message and it had been edited to support (i cannot add email addresses here).

The chat option on the website is extremely helpful. Gurav helped me get all my certifications without much wait time.

It is now 4/7/2026 and I am STILL waiting despite the instructions to mark the request as URGENT. STILL WAITING.

Update: still absolutely terrible customer service. They responded below and I followed their instructions. What is the result? Another WEEK of absolute silence. Either ship the books or give a refund it's not that hard and it does not take a week to figure it out.

I have been a long time customer of Yogamu and had decent experience with the automated online programs. My problem occurred when I ordered a physical product. I ordered the electronic device which had been slow to ship from the manufacturer and I still have not received it. I also ordered printed yoga manuals which I have never received. After contacting customer service more than 10 times and more than a month of waiting AFTER paying for expedited shipping on the manuals, I still do not have the items I paid for, nor do I have a refund or answer. All I have been given is email address to people who never answer their email and false promises of my emails being forwarded to the accounting department for a refund. It's all LIES. It has tainted my opinion of them and I would never choose to buy anything from them in the future, digital or physical. Hands down the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

I have been a student here for the past few months. I am doing the online classes.
They are deeply informative and well laid out making learning fun and easy.
I have received multiple certifications.
The customer support has been amazing!
Everyone is so friendly and happy to help.

I truly love this school and everything it has offered to me and how much growth it has brought into my life.

This school truly cares for its students and community. They are always giving back and taking care of others.

After completing my Meditation Teacher Training Level 1, I had trouble with downloading the certificate. I made a ticket, and emailed support but no response. However, the chat option from the main page was the key. They helped me very quickly. The course content was very helpful and insightful too.

This training was an excellent starting point for a lifelong journey in yoga. The 200-hour Teacher Training is very comprehensive and well-structured, covering both the practical and theoretical aspects of yoga in a clear and supportive way.

It is especially suitable for people who need flexibility in their learning process, as the format allows you to study and practice at your own pace while still feeling guided throughout the course.

I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of yoga and begin the path of teaching with a solid foundation.

Incredible company easy to read and easy to learn materials wonderful staff and communication. I love this company.

So back in November I purchased a breathwork facilitate course. On the website description it clearly stated 6 modules, facilitating practice with review and so many other things.

But it all turned out the lie. The course I have been given had non of practice or even contact to ask questions.
The workbook they provided consistet of bunch of links to deepen knowledge that was not clicable, as I later learned those are external resources "the links have been removed from the document as it was leading to a third party site. You can move forward as it didn't had additional details."
Wait what?

The other modules mostly consistent external YouTube links, and did not cover all the topics promised in the description.

Furthermore, I trying to persistently reache them out to clarify why is that. But support bonuses me to Megha, after comments in their student group she finally responded and.. redirected to another person that never responded and come back to me.

Furthermore she stoped responding to my messages, though I see she reads them.

It is a total bummer that school that teaches such beautiful topics act so unethicaly.
