Yeşilköy Medical Center Omdömen 

Helaas heb ik een zeer moeilijke ervaring gehad. Ik maakte een moeilijke periode door. Ik had contact opgenomen met deze kliniek om informatie te vragen over een buikwandcorrectie. In het begin was mijn beslissing helemaal niet definitief. Ik heb mijn contactpersoon Nabila meerdere keren verteld dat ik waarschijnlijk niet naar Istanbul zou kunnen komen voor een operatie, omdat ik nog nooit alleen binnen Nederland had gereisd, laat staan naar Istanbul of voor een operatie. Ik heb meerdere keren benadrukt dat ik zonder begeleiding de pijn na de operatie niet zou kunnen verdragen en niet alleen in een hotel zou kunnen verblijven.
Voor mijn vertrek was zij altijd bereikbaar. Ze was geduldig, betrokken, beleefd, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Door haar zeer mooie beloften en toezeggingen groeide het aantal operaties van één naar zes. Ze zei bijvoorbeeld dat ze na de operatie ananas voor me zou bestellen, bij me in het hotel zou blijven, de formulieren die ik moest ondertekenen vooraf naar me zou sturen zodat ik ze kon lezen, ervoor zou zorgen dat iemand me vanaf het vliegveld met een transfer zou ophalen, een videogesprek met de arts voor me zou regelen en me alle benodigde documenten zou geven, naast nog veel meer mooie beloften.
Een ander belangrijk punt: ik heb meerdere keren duidelijk gezegd dat ik absoluut niet wilde dat er vlak voordat ik naar de operatiekamer zou gaan nog andere operaties aan mij zouden worden voorgesteld. Op dat moment kan ik niet goed nadenken of beslissen. Ondanks al mijn waarschuwingen gebeurde dit toch. Vlak voor de operatie werden een BBL en een wenkbrauwlift, twee zware extra ingrepen, aan mij voorgesteld zonder dat ik daar goede en volledige informatie over kreeg. Een andere vrouw klaagde hier ook over. Zij vertelde dat ze voor een nekliposuctie was gekomen, maar dat haar hier een facelift werd voorgesteld. Zij heeft dit geweigerd en wilde terug naar huis.
Na 25 dagen is meer dan de helft van mijn hoofd nog steeds gevoelloos. De hechtingen zijn erg grof en dik en veroorzaken veel ongemak. Het gebied aan de voorkant van mijn hoofd zit vol met wonden en hechtingen, en ik maak me voortdurend zorgen of dit uiteindelijk wel goed te herstellen is.
Wat de buikwandcorrectie betreft, werd mij verteld dat ik na vier dagen weer boodschappen zou kunnen doen. Zelfs op de achtste dag, toen ik terug naar huis moest, had ik nog veel pijn.
Toen ik aankwam, leek aanvankelijk alles goed te gaan. Ik betaalde het geld en zelfs een deel van het bedrag werd pas na de operatie betaald. Alles leek vriendelijk en prettig. Helaas veranderde alles twee dagen na de operatie. Nabila gedroeg zich moe, gefrustreerd en boos. Ik was bang. Ik had acht zware operaties ondergaan, maar Nabila was boos op mij en gedroeg zich helemaal niet professioneel. Ik was bang en wist niet wat ik moest doen.
Aanvankelijk probeerde Bamba mij te helpen en ik vroeg haar om mijn contactpersoon te worden. Maar ik spreek niet volledig vloeiend Engels. Daarna stelde lieve Haniyeh zich beschikbaar als mijn contactpersoon. Maar ook zij had haar eigen patiënten en ik had niet echt het gevoel dat ik iemand had bij wie ik terechtkon. Het voelde alsof ik een extra last was.
Op de eerste dag werd ik warm ontvangen. Op de laatste dag was alles anders. Nu ik weer in Nederland ben, had ik de eerste dagen hevige hoofdpijn en heb ik nog steeds af en toe flinke pijn. Na mijn terugkeer vertelde Nabila echter dat ze ziek was en de telefoon niet kon beantwoorden en dat ik haar beter een bericht kon sturen als ik vragen had.
Ondanks deze moeilijke ervaring, die voor een groot deel het gevolg was van het onprofessionele gedrag van Nabila, wil ik de manager van het ziekenhuis, dokter Hakan, Bamba, lieve Haniyeh, Mert, Mehmet en Aysun bedanken. Zij hebben allemaal geholpen om mij door die moeilijke situatie heen te helpen.

I had a very positive experience with my treatment. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable and well cared for from the beginning to the end.

I am very happy with the result of my treatment and the overall quality of the service. The team was helpful, respectful, and made the whole experience much easier for me.

Several years ago I had a negative experience in Russia…and the mistake needed to be corrected. I placed my trust in Dr. Hasan Beyhan Kanmaz.He is highly skilled specialist and surgeon, who truly knows his craft. The surgery went perfectly and recovery is currently underway. I had a very positive experience at the clinic. Leyla Güler was with me every step of the way, acting as my translator and guide, which made the whole process much easier. Thanks to her support, I was able to communicate clearly and reach a mutual understanding with both the doctor, Ibrahim Altoparlak, and the anesthesiologist. The doctor recommended the least invasive option, and the anesthesiologist agreed to perform it under local anesthesia, both exactly the options I wanted. After the surgery, my dietary preferences were carefully considered, and I was generously provided with several satisfying meals. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. In the room, there’s a button to call for assistance, which worked perfectly. Everything in the clinic is thoughtfully planned and well organized, making my stay comfortable and reassuring.

I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience at Yeşilköy Medical Center. I was quite nervous before my surgery, but from day one my consultant Leyla was always there for me. She answered every question patiently, kept me informed throughout the whole process, and made me feel comfortable and supported.

Dr. Beyhan is an amazing surgeon. He listened carefully to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and gave me so much confidence before the operation. The surgery went smoothly, my recovery was easier than I expected, and I'm absolutely in love with my results.

Well, my experience with this hospital was an amazing one. The level of professionalism was satisfying and then the level of dedication, care and commitment was wonderful. The distance between hospital and hotel which is less than a minute is absolutely fantastic There are a couple of individuals that definitely are worth mentioning Izzit an amazing nurse who made my stay very comfortable and Sahar who is not only a translator but extremely knowledgeable and kind, she was up and beyond line of duty

Very expert, professional and educated personal are working at this clinic.
I have done two surgeries at this location and I very happy about it, not to forget about mentioning MRS SAHAR paionate, friendly, and well educated personal who is doing her job above and beyond the work critera.

Я приехала в клинику по согласованию с координатором. Отель и трансфер предоставлялись клиникой по плану лечения. С координатором Гюлей немедленно отправились в клинику, так как в этот день были запланированы снятие коронок и обточка зубов, а также заказ коронок. В клинике сделали 3-D сканирование зубов и взяли кровь. К сожалению, попали в вену только в третий раз и прокололи вены. После этого молодой врач неохотно согласилась осмотреть мои зубы. В обточке зубов и заказе коронок в этот день мне было отказано. Причина заключалась в том, что начинается праздник Курбан Байрам, и поэтому лаборатории не будут делать мои коронки за такое короткое время. Мне предложили продлить время до 10 дней и поменять билеты. Отмечу, что с координатором сроки было оговорено 5 днями и она меня уверила, что всё будет сделано по плану.
Атмосфера в клинике очень местечковая и непрофессиональная. Доктор, которая меня осматривала, была совершенно мной не заинтересована. Персонал общался на посторонние темы. Когда я узнала, что эта же доктор мне будет завтра ставить 7 имплантов, я была в шоке. Степень доверия к ней у меня сложилась нулевая.
И я отказалась от лечения в этой клинике.
В ответ мне выставили значительно завышеный счёт от клиники за 1 день в отеле и трансфер в одну сторону. При честной цене около 120 евро с меня взяли 200 евро. На словах координатор извинилась, признав что ситуация сложилась не лучшим образом. Но в результате я потратила очень значительную сумму денег и времени просто прогулявшись из Латвии в Стамбул.
Отношение клиники считаю неприемлемым и очень НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!! туда обращаться.

I came to the clinic in consultation with the coordinator. The hotel and transfer were provided by the clinic according to the treatment plan. Guley and the coordinator immediately went to the clinic, as they were scheduled to have crowns removed and teeth turned, as well as to order crowns. The clinic did a three-dimensional dental scan and saw blood. Unfortunately, it was only the third time they hit the vein and punctured the veins. After that, the young doctor reluctantly agreed to examine my teeth. I was refused to have my teeth sharpened and crowns ordered that day. The reason was that the Eid al-Adha holiday is starting, and therefore the laboratories will not make my crowns in such a short time. I was offered to extend the time to 10 days and change the tickets. I would like to note that the deadline was agreed with the coordinator in 5 days and she assured me that everything would be done according to plan.
The atmosphere in the clinic is very parochial and unprofessional. The doctor who examined me was completely uninterested in me. The staff talked about extraneous topics. When I found out that the same doctor would be giving me 7 implants tomorrow, I was shocked. I have zero confidence in her.
And I refused treatment at this clinic.
In response, I was billed significantly too much by the clinic for 1 day at the hotel and a one-way transfer. At a fair price of about 120 euros, they charged me 200 euros. Verbally, the coordinator apologized, admitting that the situation was not the best. But as a result, I spent a very significant amount of money and time just walking from Latvia to Istanbul.
