J'ai consulté la Clinique Lorans suite…
J'ai consulté la Clinique Lorans suite à une publicité sur Facebook, mais mon expérience a été très décevante. J'ai effectué deux voyages à Istanbul pour des implants dentaires, mais j'ai rencontré plusieurs problèmes : les implants étaient de qualité insatisfaisante et j'ai développé une infection après l'intervention.
De plus, le devis initial a considérablement augmenté sans explications claires, et les frais liés à l'hôtel inclus dans le forfait étaient très élevés par rapport aux standards locaux. Lors de mon second voyage, les solutions proposées par la clinique ne me semblaient pas durables ni adaptées à ma situation, ce qui a ajouté du stress et des difficultés financières.
Je partage mon expérience pour avertir les futurs patients : il est important de vérifier tous les détails avant de s'engager, de demander la transparence sur les coûts et la qualité des soins, et de se méfier des pratiques qui semblent prioriser le profit plutôt que le bien-être du patient.

The whole experience was smooth and surprisingly pleasant—nothing like the scary stories I used to hear. No pain, no stress, just comfort and care. Implants des plusieurs dents a la fin de l’opération on vous dit que c’est possible que les dents implantés tombes et qu’ils faudrait alors aller avec la dent chez le dentiste pour la recoller.
C’est comme on dit une boucherie ou l’ont travaille a la chaîne.
On vous donne un rendez-vous et on vous prends en charge 1h30 après.
Personnellement il y a énormément de clinique en Turquie éviter celle-ci.
Au passage ils ont changer le nom de la devanture de la clinique, on se demande pourquoi.

A fuir !!!! Au bout d’un 4 dents sont tombées ! Aucun suivis ! Ils vous disent 20 ans de garanties au final aucune que les yeux pour pleurer. J’ai vraiment regretté d’avoir fait confiance à cette clinique. Je suis allez jusqu’à Istanbul pour mes dents qui sont tombées, ils m’ont fait marcher pendant 5 jours et au final je suis rentré bredouille. Au début avant de payer ils sont au petit soins et une fois qu’ils vous ont limer les dents vous êtes à leur merci . Si c’était à refaire je ne le ferais pour rien au monde . Une catastrophe cette clinique

Things change after you pay
Everything was excellent on first visit. They asked me to come back a few months later foe finishing the implant, they did not say at the time how long they need me for. I booked my work leave booked my flights, then they said oh 4 days is not enough to finish 1 implant. I can not recommend this clinic 😔

Surtout n'allez jamais faire des soins avec eux , ils n’ont que le tampons ou est écrit LORANS juste pour les factures..Ils mont laisser partir avec la moitié de ma dentition.. Vraiment a Proscrire ..aucune GARANTIE , que les yeux pour pleurer

WARNING: Lorans Medical Clinic in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul – Avoid This Place!
I recently had an incredibly bad experience with Lorans Medical Clinic in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul, and I want to warn everyone before you consider going there.
Here’s a summary of what happened:
1. Misleading Pricing & Hidden Charges: They increased the cost of services after starting the treatment, even though we had agreed on a price beforehand. I also experienced false advertising and was hit with hidden charges that weren’t disclosed initially.
2. Terrible Aftercare & Unprofessionalism: After the treatment, I had severe pain and reached out multiple times, but the clinic refused to take responsibility or offer proper aftercare. They didn’t even cover travel expenses for a reexamination, which I needed urgently.
3. Rude Staff: One staff member, Ms. Jasmine, was dismissive and careless about my situation. She didn’t stick to scheduled appointments, leaving me without any support when I needed it the most.
4. Inadequate Customer Service: Despite multiple attempts to get help, they ignored my concerns and didn’t acknowledge the ongoing pain I was experiencing. They refused to provide any meaningful solution, even after other dental experts advised me to seek additional care.
This clinic caused me physical pain, emotional distress, and financial loss. Please think twice before trusting them with your health and well-being. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the authorities and hope they will be held accountable.
Stay safe and be cautious! Don’t let this happen to you or your loved ones.
Thank you for your response. However, after years of complications, infections, additional expenses, and the loss of three teeth following treatment performed at your clinic, I need more than a general public statement.
I contacted the clinic multiple times in the past while experiencing pain and complications, but I did not receive meaningful support at the time. That is why it is difficult for me to understand why a response only appeared now, after my review became public.
At this stage, I would like clarity regarding what concrete assistance your clinic is willing to provide. I am now facing additional corrective treatment, including root canal re-treatment and replacement of lost teeth, which has caused significant physical, emotional, and financial hardship.
If the clinic genuinely wishes to resolve this matter constructively, I ask for a clear written proposal regarding how you intend to assist with the corrective care and related costs resulting from the treatment complications.
My goal is not conflict. I simply want proper treatment and accountability after the difficulties I have experienced.
