The quality and colour of the paint is absolutely gorgeous (found that I required 4 coats to get an even finish but was painting onto freshly plastered walls).

The plastic pouches are a game changer - very handy and easy to use meaning no paint goes to waste and not faffing with trying to open / reseal them as you would need to with a tin.

I bought far too much surplus paint but YesColours were more than happy for me to return the paint (providing a prepaid returns label) and credited my account accordingly as soon as the returned goods were received.

The customer service from Kerrin (via email) is impeccable, and wonderfully friendly and supportive - which is very refreshing in this AI / Webchat age.

Would highly recommend this company.

I don't normally write reviews but this paint really wound me up. I'm a professional painter and have just finshed a big job where the customer had bought all the paint. She bought yescolours paint and it was not an enjoyable job. The biggest issue with this paint is its packaging. It comes in 1ltr bags which is a terrible idea. It means you cant put any paint back once you have poured. It also means that there is sooooo many bits of dried paint in it. I believe this is because the paint dries on the inside of the bag and as the bag is flexible the dried bits fall off in the paint.
Also they only come in 1ltr bags which i can only think is because of greed. Why cant they sell it in bigger sizes. This paint is not worth £22 a ltr.

I bought Loving Grey paint for my hall way.
1 - it’s blue not grey
2 - it’s like a chalkboard - you look at it and there is a mark
3 - I had spare and asked to return it but was told that returns need to be made within two weeks (not the action of a sustainable company that Yes claims to be)
4 - I have it in other rooms, while the colour is nice it does very easily come off.
Had a much better experience with Lick paint.

Don't buy the wrong finish! I bought eggshell instead of matt and I wanted to return the eggshell and exchange for matt but what a palava! During a long email exchange I had to describe what I meant by the word 'unopened' in relation to the paint, send it back within a strict time limit etc. It got very complicated. They advised me that it would be much easier to purchase the matt online and then deal with the return and refund for the eggshell paint separately. In the end I gave up and ended up with an eggshell I don't want. Having recently moved house, it has been interesting to see how different companies treat customers. Won't be buying from them again on the back of this experience I'm afraid, lovely though the colours are.

I first saw this company on a social media platform and ordered a swatch as soon as I some of their vibrant looking colours. Upon closer inspection when it arrived I managed to find the most perfect “Serene Neutral” eggshell paint for my walk-in wardrobe.
The whole process and speediness of my order couldn’t have been anymore satisfying, the few questions I did have we’re very quickly responded too and was more than helpful.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the overall outcome of my room with the coverage and colour exceeding my expectations!

Amazing colours but the paint is really poor quality, hard to get decent coverage.

Have ordered two neon colours that could not find anywhere else, so already was grateful that they cater for the more eccentric tastes; but as well the service was great (had a few queries before ordering), delivery extremely fast and the colours look even better in real life.

One of the paints was for stairs and ordered eggshell. It’s early to say how hardwearing it is, but it does seem to be appropriate for that.

Their quantity calculator was very accurate too and price was reasonable.

Very happy with my purchase. Wish I could add photos, the colours are truly great.

Amazing paint. I fell in love with the brand as soon as I saw their colour options and was so happy that the colour was just as advertised I painted a feature wall in my kitchen using mellow yellow and I absolutely love it. I posted some pictures and Elena from their team reached out to compliment it but also asked for some feedback and enquired about what rooms I’m doing next. It’s great that their care about their customers. I’ve just ordered my next colour options. Electric black for my bedroom. I can’t wait to see how it turned out

UPDATE! My review was based on the tester pot, however, there seems a great difference between that and the 1l pouches. Covered as smoothly as a baby's bum and has dried perfectly...the colour difference mentioned was actually down to the light in my room. I've also touched a bit up, 2 days after painting and its invisible. Sorry YES, for the 1st review, your paint is great!....I ordered a sample of passionate teal. The paint isn't brilliant quality and the colour is completely different from the picture on the website, not only very much darker but a totally different shade!!. I happen to Really like the colour I've ended up with so I've ordered more to make up 4 the patchy coverage. Overpriced for the quality. Do order a tester pot peeps.

Such fun colours & high quality paints. And amazingly brilliant help in understanding what I want for the space and finding the colour schemes that will allow for that (something that I was struggling with BIG time). Highly recommended!!

very impressed with the paint. Such a different experience from other paints. I have to say it went on like a dream and I’m now motivated to paint the rest of the flat which had been daunting. I also found cleaning the paint brush and tray much easier.
