Excellent Response and Accountability from Leadership
Onboarding last (2024) was smooth.
We recently experienced a serious operational issue (2025) involving a batch of mis-picked orders and a delay in stock reconciliation. I raised this with the leadership team and was genuinely impressed with the response.
Richard, one of the co-founders, responded personally with a detailed and transparent breakdown of what went wrong, why it happened, and most importantly—what’s being done to fix it. The root causes were addressed head-on, with clear corrective actions and improvements already implemented, including strengthened leadership and escalation protocols.
