Unparalleled Colour Experience
YesColours products are fantastic and such high quality! The vibrancy is like nothing else. Had a niggle with there not being enough product for the order placed but customer service was phenomenal, they'd found a solution before I even needed to contact them. Love the convenience of the pouches & how easy they are to dispose of compared to tins.

Impressed, would buy again
I ordered a 1 litre bag of Passionate Yellow and it arrived the next day. The paint is in a handy plastic pouch instead of a tin. The consistency of the paint is good and it goes on easily with a low pile roller. It required two coats for a good finish and coverage. The intensity of the colour is really striking. Very impressed! I used it to paint the inside of an alcove and it gives a dramatic pop of vivid yellow to my black and white kitchen.

10 days and still no paint
I put an order in on 8th June and have now cancelled in on 18th June after receiving no items. First order got lost in transit apparently and then when I brought this to their attention on friday I was told that it would be sent out and replaced the next day and still here we are on Wed and still no order. Tracker says still with supplier! Too slow to recognise the issues and then even slower to replace it. Waste of time and I am now 7 days late moving into my new home because its not painted. Wasn't a cheap order (nearly £250). No discount was offered on my purchase - just a discount code for next time when tbh I won't be bothering. I cancelled the order with their team today after losing my patience. They sited courier issues which were all over the UK with DPD, Yodel and Evri, all my other house purchases have managed to arrive. There is no direct number to call them which is also annoying.

The 10 minute colour consultation I had with Emily was so helpful! I found her to be very friendly and helpful. She really took on board the information I had provided in the message I wrote when arranging the appointment. I am excited to get the samples and for the project to get started!

Brilliant paints and unique colours ⭐️🎨
We’ve used Loving Orange and Loving Neutral so far, and the coverage is absolutely amazing — some of the best we’ve seen. Delivery was really fast, and their customer service is outstanding; they’ve been so helpful on Instagram whenever we’ve had questions about colours.
The shades themselves are so unique and beautiful — nothing like what you’ll find in standard paint ranges. We’re planning to use Yes Colours throughout our whole house now!
We also really love what the company stands for, which makes supporting them even more of a pleasure. Highly recommended!

Not sure how you are saving the planet
Not sure how you are saving the planet. Ordered a sample (not free) had a few emails about it being on its way (emails create carbon).
Get the sample- oversized A4 packaging, with a print out of the sample!!! So will have to get it colour matched and get a paint sample from B&q now? Royal Mail delivery, print etc etc and it cost nearly £5 to get a postcard delivered in a big envelope.

I ordered a huge amount of paint from this company and had such high hopes. The colours looked lovely!
I started with the joyful pink, and was painting over a very similar pink. After five coats, it was patchy as hell & i gave up. I decided to return all the other paint as it was so substandard & colour match the remaining paint to finish the patchy room from my local decorators merchant.
I raised a request using the mechanism on their website, but they never responded. So I chased up with an email. And another. After WEEKS of back & forth I was told they’d sent return labels but they hadn’t, so I chased again. Finally they sent one label even though I was returning several boxes of paint.
So I chased again. They finally sent labels & told me I only had days to make the return as I was ‘outside their allowable returns window’.
Which was obviously annoying, as I’d been chasing & chasing.
Anyway I returned the paint using their labels and weeks later I’ve received only a partial refund. When I chased AGAIN and after multiple emails I was told that my tone was inappropriate and that my account would be suspended as a result: I would no longer be able to order paint from them. Which at least was amusing, as I would hope that if you’re that sensitive to tone, you would know that I’m unlikely to be a return customer….
Also buried at the bottom of the tone policing email, there was an acknowledgment that they had not processed my refund yet. No apology. No explanation. Who knows if they ever will? Interactions so far leave me lacking in confidence.
There was never any acknowledgment that the reason the return was so slow was their terrible customer service/unresponsiveness. The gaslighting customer service interactions were like something from a sitcom. Avoid. There are better eco paint companies out there…
I’m just editing this in response to yes colours trying to claim I’m not a genuine customer. This feels typical of all of my interactions with them: minimising, denying & trying to cast blame on me rather than accept responsibility. Also the response indicates they haven’t properly read the review: i’ve already contacted customer service and spent hours this afternoon trying to resolve this. I shouldn’t be that hard to identify, considering the details….
Whether I ever get the promised refund remains to be seen.
This review was not left by mistake. Exactly the opposite. I hardly ever review companies but this was genuinely the most frustrating, incompetent & generally awful customer service interaction I’ve ever had. Hopefully the faux cheerful minimising reply left by the company makes that clear. I hope it can help other paint lovers avoid the same strife.
Awesome paint - electric blue
I bought the electric blue masonry exterior paint. I wanted a Santorini feel for certain decorative details around the house contrasting with the white outside walls. I am more than happy with the result, the overall feel and the thick coverage. I would gladly recommend and I wish I could post pictures here for you to see.

Beautiful colours, fun chat!
Had a really fun colour consultation with Emma today! Really interesting and useful and the samples we have so far have gone on really nicely to our very very white walls…! Excited to paint the hallway and kitchen now which isn’t a phrase I thought I’d be saying. Really friendly service and a beautiful range of colours. Also the follow up email with guidance and links etc was super helpful for a first time decorator!

Stunning!
Delivery was quick and the paint quality is outstanding. We planned on using the Passionate Lilac for a feature wall but we loved it so much we painted the whole room with it. It dries beautifully and we’re always getting complimented on it. Will definitely order again and recommend to friends.

I signed up to the 10 minute paint consultation with Emily, who was absolutely fantastic.
I was really confused as to what colours to try in my kitchen, and she was so patient and helpful and by the end we had come up with an amazing palette of colours.
The paint colours are so unique and the best part is knowing what colours pair well together.
I couldn’t recommend these guys more! Thank you so much

I would like to say yescolours are a good and decent company but my experience with them has been far from satisfactory.
I ordered 5 litres of paint from them and was emailed a delivery date of the 13th-14th of March.i never received my order, I waited till the 18th of March to email them only to be told
"The order was shipped but the courier have confirmed that this was damaged in transit and disposed of. With this in mind, we will issue a replacement order out on the fastest possible shipping method."
So i waited, a week went by and I received my order.. unfortunately my order was 1 litre light.. I had to email them again and was told..
"After looking into this right away, I can see that our fulfilment team flagged a system error with two colours, one being the Joyful Pink included in your order. Unfortunately, a glitch caused our website to sell a higher quantity than what was available in stock. As a result, we still owe you an additional pouch, but regrettably this won't be issued until our restock arrives.
The estimated restock date is 4th April, which we completely understand is a longer wait than we’d like.
To make up for the inconvenience, I’d be happy to offer you a few options:
Wait for the Restock - If you’re happy to wait, we’d like to honour a 10% discount on your order as a refund once the pouches are dispatched.
Cancel the Remaining Pouches - If you'd prefer, you can cancel the remaining pouches, and we will process a refund for them immediately."
I took 2 separate days off work to paint my house but I was let down with times by this company.
I'm just sick and tired of dealing with this company and have opted to buying a similar colour from dulux at my local store. I have had no reply from them after my most recent email. They're a crummy company in my experience and I wouldn't recommend them.
