We were looking to remortgage as a 5 year fixed rate had come to an end. We were in a bit of a rush as we had been badly let down by two other companies. Two other companies that would have been looking to charge us a fortune I might add..! Then I saw an advertisement for YesCanDo Money. Had nothing to lose so filled in a few basic details. In a very short amount of time I had a call from Ian Langford from YesCanDo. He was nothing short of fabulous. Really friendly and helpful and so so knowledgeable.. He instantly gave me confidence that I had found the right company to manage things for us. Nothing was too much trouble and he even fielded what must have seemed silly questions, with friendly professionalism. He recommended that we move to a tracker mortgage with our current lender as it was one of the few that didn’t carry a get out fee, whilst we waited for our new mortgage to complete. Over the course of this process I spoke to a couple of other people at YesCanDo Money and they were all equally helpful and professional. Thai is without a doubt one of the very best professional companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. If I have a money need again they will for sure be my very first call ~ ignore all the others and call these guys first..

We have found YesCanDo when looking for a mortgage advisor to help us with our first house purchase. We were a bit hesitant at the beginning as it seemed too good to be true, but how wrong were we!
As first time buyers, we had no idea of the whole process, but it was so quick and easy to talk to someone and we had Luke to guide us through it all. He was very kind and helpful, explained everything very well in our first call, found us a great mortgage offer and answered all our follow up questions (even months later). It was really helpful to be in contact through Whatsapp as this meant we could just send a message when we didn’t have time for a call and the answer would always come really quick.

Grant has been our broker and successfully secured us a mortgage offer. His experience really speaks for itself. Before submitting the application, he took the time to reassure us and talk through some concerns we had, giving clear, professional advice tailored to our circumstances. A good broker is absolutely key to a smooth and stress-free start to the house-buying process, and Grant proved that from day one.

He is extremely efficient at responding to emails and calls, very accommodating, and easy to work with from the start. I trusted his judgement and experience, and he was able to submit our application on the same day after receiving all the required documents.

After submission, we worked closely with Dylan, who monitored the application and handled any lender queries directly. Dylan was superb and kept everything moving smoothly.

Grant also recommended solicitors, and although we’re still early in the legal process, it’s reassuring to know the broker and solicitors work closely together, which should make the purchase easier.

My sister has used Grant multiple times for her mortgages and has always been very happy, and we will definitely return to Grant and the Yes Can Do team in the future.

Highly recommend Yes Can Do Money. Charlotte Williams was our mortgage advisor throughout the entire process, and she was absolutely fantastic. She always replied quickly and was incredibly helpful. Our journey felt extremely long — from losing the first property we went for to eventually finding another — but throughout it all, Charlotte remained positive, supportive, and reassuring.
